Belgium | 25 May 2022Na meer dan een maand nog steeds geen geld terug. Op 4/4 plaatste ik een bestelling bij Footshop. Deze bestelling stuurde ik op 11/4 retour en werd op 14/4 in ontvangst genomen in hun magazijn. Ik heb nog steeds geen terugbetaling mogen ontvangen. Ik stuurde reeds verschillende e-mails, maar ik word steeds aan het lijntje gehouden. Eerst vinden ze mijn bestelling niet terug in hun magazijn. Wat later zeggen ze dat ze gaan terugbetalen en een bevestigingsmail zullen sturen. Tot op de dag van vandaag geen mail of terugbetaling gezien! Denk dus 2 keer na voor je hier een artikel aankoopt en wil retourneren! Order #4846021

Dem Status der Sendung ist zu entnehmen, dass die Sendung am Samstag, 26.03.2022, 05:34 Uhr direkt ab Paketzentrum dem Geschäftskunden zugestellt wurde. Siehe Anlagen. Bis zum heutigen Tag habe ich meine Geld nicht zurückerhalten, obwohl Sie die Ware zurück haben. Bitte senden Sie mir umgehend das von Ihnen immer noch einbehaltende Geld zurück. After 3 weeks of waiting for my refund after returning an order (on their website it states up to 2 weeks), I contacted them about it and they said the shoes have been worn and they can return 20% of the sum to me. They based this on a non-existing law which they quoted in their email, and they didn't provide any photo evidence. In addition, I had returned two pairs of shoes and their email made it sound like both of them were worn. When I called customer service it turns out only one pair was "faulty" according to them, the other one was fine, which they forgot to mention in their email.

United States | 20 May 2022Purchased a pair of Yeezy sneakers and ultimately returned them. The RMA process was smooth in that I shipped the shoes to the US location which had to be transported internationally back to Footshop. The process took about one month but I was refunded my money. Good doing business with you.

France | 17 May 2022Mauvaise expérience avec le SAV, que je n'ai trouvé pas trouvé aimable. Use de la ruse pour soutirer + d'argent aux clients. J'ai fait un retour en envoyant dans la boîte qui était niquel, et ils l'ont reçu abimée (par les transporteurs j'imagine) donc ils me disent qu'ils vont moins me rembourser... Je ne recommande pas

Netherlands | 12 May 202216/05/22 Update: I never received my money from my bank. I also asked my bank they said they never received the refund. I have the proof of course. I definitely will not delete my review because from my side I am telling the truth that I never received my refund. My bank neither. As I wrote in the email, my bank needs you to confirm when you give the refund, as well as the ARN number, so that they can identify the reimbursements on their end. However, I did not receive a reply. -------------------------------------------------------------- I returned my order on Mar 23 and haven’t received the refund by NOW. I contacted with there client services but they told me the order is refunded. However, I still didn’t receive the money. I have to submit a dispute through my bank but I have to wait and I’m not sure whether I will receive the refund or not. I provided all the proofs to the bank and the merchant. But still no refund. Avoid.

United Kingdom | 12 May 2022What a joke! Avoid purchasing trainers from this company at all costs. It just isn’t worth the hassle. Trainers were delivered to the UK but wife did not love so I made the decision to facilitate a return. A long story short shocked to then be informed by FootShop that I would have to foot the bill for the shipping back to the Czech Republic. With all trust lost in these lot I just had to go with the Royal Mail option of end to end tracking with signature on return - with the painful cost to my own pocket of £14.95. OUCH!!

Spain | 03 May 2022Tuve un problema con el correo porque compre unos pantalones y puse mal sin querer el correo electrónico y claro no me llego la factura, hice capturas de pantalla en la pagina web directamente y me agobie porque fue por la noche y no sabia como ponerme en contacto. primero decidi poner un correo electrónico y si no me contestaban entonces ya llamaria al numero extranjero que empieza por +44 y en españa es +34 Y lo deje en última opcion porque iba a ser cara mi llamada. Al final mil gracias que enseguida a las 10 de la mañana nada mas abrir practicamente la tienda me escribieron y me pusieron mi correo correcto en condiciones. Y ya pude seguir mi pedido con calma. Estoy muy contento y agradecido por su atención inmediata en cuanto pudieron ☺️👏🏻

United Kingdom | 26 April 2022This is perhaps a good service for those who are fortunate enough to order something that is an EXACT fit. However, if the sizes are out and you're wanting to return the item to get a refund, this will leave you seriously out of pocket: not only have you had to pay up to £20 to originally receive the item, you'll now have to pay extra to return it. No postal costs are reimbursed. To be fair to it, Footshop does explain this on it's website. But I would say it's a serious gamble using this company. I've basically lost approx £30 on postal fees with no usable product to show for it. I have returned the product not long after receipt, but can see that it remains stuck at customs, so can only hope that a refund will still be received if Footshop receives the product after 30 days.

Germany | 22 April 2022Achtung !!!!! Hiermit kann ich nur Jeden vor diesem Shop warnen. Die Ware kam in einem völlig zerstörten Karton an. Der rechte Schuh war fehlerhaft und ging somit fristgerecht als Retoure zurück. Jetzt verlangt Footshop 10 Prozent der Kaufsumme (24€) für einen zerstörten Karton, obwohl Bilder von der Ankunft des Kartons zugesendet wurden. Meldungen an Klarna über eingegangene Retoure wurde auch nicht gemacht. Absolute Frechheit! Also lieber Finger weg von diesem mehr als unprofessionellen Shop.

Les chaussures sont abîmées comme ci elles avaient déjà été portées. Résultats je procède au retour, et un mois après toujours pas de remboursement. De plus le retour est a nos frais. Le SAV ne répond plus.

France | 12 April 2022Attention voleur. J'ai acheté une première paire, livrée sans soucis. Mauvaise taille; Je renvoie donc la paire et achète la suivante sans attendre le remboursement car peu de stock. A ma grande surprise, le remboursement n'est toujours pas fait plus d'un mois après car "colis non reçu". La Poste stipule pourtant que le colis a bien été reçu par le magasin, et m'en envoie la preuve. De leur coté, ils m'indiquent ne rien avoir reçu, pour éviter un remboursement à 280€. Une fois, pas deux.
