I've bought sneakers from the website and tranferred the money via an online payment. I haven't received the email order confirmation so I've contacted the customer sercive and was told that the system didn't notice my order so they need to check it with the financial departmenta and they'll get back to me when they'll get the information. 3 days have passed and no info whatsoever. When I tried to contact them via a customer chat they ended the chat after reading my message!!! This is the worst online customer experience I've ever had. Have already filed for a refund from a payment broker (they tried to monit the payment as well with no success which doesn't suprise me at all). Stay away, honestly.

After some confusion on US/UK size conversion, I accidentally ordered a shoe two sizes too big. Nevena was so kind and quick with helping me get through the return process. She also confirmed my NEW order was the correct size the 2nd time around. Top-notch service even from across the globe! :-)

Gotta say I was very surprised that I won a sneaker raffle from Footshop didn't even know about the company until I ran into the ad for them on Twitter. Also didn't know they were located in Prague, Czechoslovakia and the sneakers were gonna cost me $60-$70 more US dollars. Even though I paid a lot more for the sneakers I was very satisfied with them and how fast I received the package in the mail. Thank you for the great service Footshop just wish the fees were a bit lower for US customers.

Schoenen geretourneerd maar geld nooit teruggekregen. 150 euro weggegooid en hun hebben netjes de schoenen terug. Meerdere keren contact gezocht en ze blijven maar met dezelfde smoes komen "pakket is nog niet in ons magazijn in Praag aangekomen". Dat is niet mijn probleem als klant. Jullie hebben het pakket met handtekening ontvangen en dat was al 2 weken geleden. Ik eis mijn geld terug. Anders zal ik dit geschil moeten doen escaleren bij PayPal.

Reklamationen sind eine Katastrophe, habe nach 3 langen bangen Wochen endlich mein Geld zurück erhalten. Ware muss an ein Depot gesndet werden, dies stellt jedoch für footshop noch keinen Waren eingang dar, obwohl der Rücksender keinen Zugriff mehr auf das Paket hat, die Rückerstattung wirkt willkürlich. Ich kann nur abraten und werde hier kein zweites mal bestellen.

Won a Yeezy raffle through Footshop and I can only say that my experience with them has been nothing but the best! Their customer service responds within minutes and is very helpful. I only had to wait 1 1/2 day for my shipment to arrive and the product was as lovely as expected! Instant support, fast delivery & quality products, what else can you ask for? Footshop is a great place for purchasing and I can only recommend it! 5 star any day! Much love :)!

The shoes I received was perfect except the size - but that was on me. I returned the shoes (unfortunately you have to pay the shipping yourself, but they do state that on the website, just keep in mind) It took quite a while. Short of a month. But customer service was kind to reply all my worried emails and today I just got the return confirmation. The fact that you have to pay the return shipping yourself and the amount of time it took for the return to be processed is the reason for not giving five stars. But super happy now that all is sorted 👍🏼

I would’ve given this a 5-star rating. The package was shipped right away but was lost in transit. I contacted FootShop and they provided a refund right away. I ordered the same item and it arrived to the States in 2 days! Customer service is fantastic and I will order again! Love their different variety of sneakers that we don’t have in the US. Thank you!

It was my first time buying something online that is not from my country. A bit sceptical but I shot my shot because of the shoes that I want. After contemplating for a week, I decided to buy it on 13 Feb and they processed it on 16. They shipped it on 17 Feb but then I got notified that my package was sent back to the sender. Got a lil panic and send them an email, but due to the weekend, they couldn't reply on the same day. They replied on Monday and they said that they will re-deliver my package once the package arrived at their warehouse. But 2 days later, I received my package! A bit confused and emailed them again to make sure, and it was clearly my order! So, thank you! For the good service and very responsive customer agents! I am very delighted!
