Footshop customer service is first rate. I ordered the wrong size and returned the item. I hadn’t received my refund for a month. With one email to customer service Footshop responded in less than 24 hours, found my return and sent refund. Thank you! I’m a happy return customer!

Mon 2ème Avis que je dois rédiger parce que plus personne ne me répond sur leur SAV et ni en message privé Instagram. J’ai commandé depuis plus d’un mois,colis jamais reçu. On me dit qu’ils contactent la poste,que ça va duré 15 jours. Toujours rien. Ne commander jamais sur ce site, grosse grosse arnaque. Ils parlent super mal aux clients quand ils répondent. SCANDALEUX ! J’ai dû contacter PayPal et Test Achat pour espérer récupérer mon argent.

Due to Brexit, UK orders are subject to import duty fees now but that’s not FootShop’s fault. They had in stock the design & size I wanted (paid a little more cuz ADIDAS had sold out) but great service. Probably won’t purchase again due to Brexit fees but if we ever rejoin the EU, I’m in.

Ok, I need to let you know that I live in Phoenix, Arizona (United States). I found a pair of shoes on their website and they had the last pair in the world. in my size. They were Under Armour Commit 2 Black and White size 11.5 US. I ordered the shoes online from their store in Prague, Czech Republic on the evening on Jan 27th and received them on January 31st at my doorstep as they promised! Achtung Falle!! Habe einen Artikel zurückgesendet, mit dem Etikett, dass der Shop selbst bei Zustellung zur Verfügung stellte. Angeblich kam der Artikel nie im Lager an und sei zu groß, um sie aufzufinden. Keine kompetene Hilfe bzw. gar keine Rückmeldung mehr durch Mitarbeiter und keine Rückerstattung. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Abzocke pur.

Ho acquistato per la prima volta un paio di adidas super star e una felpa the nort face. arrivati entrambi in tempi strettissimi. Prezzi eccellenti. Subito però, ho dovuto rimandare indietro la felpa per via della taglia errata perché grande, e anche per il reso è filato tutto liscio. nel frattempo ho riordinato solo la felpa di taglia inferiore e anche con questo secondo ordine tutto perfetto. lo consiglio e lo consiglierò a tutti. top. se si potessero dare 10 stelle lo farei ad occhi chiusi. Personale davvero molto gentile e cordiale nonostante abbia scritto e-mail in italiano. si riesce tranquillamente a comunicare. Sicuramente tornerò ad acquistare qui.

Purchased a pair of Nike Air Max BW- sold out everywhere but this company had them avaliable in my size. They arrived almost 2 weeks after placing the order. The box size seemed small, they had used a box from different trainers. The trainers themselves are either rejects or fakes…not good quality at all. If you take time to read the reviews of other people complaining you can see how unproffesional this company is. How are you going to sell products without checking first? What a waste of a timen!!!!!

Scam company masquerading under a .co.uk domain name. A naive purchase has resulted in massive Import tax fine from DHL and the threat of debt recovery at my door. They claim to warn in advance of delivery but in reality it’s tiny small print to con you to continue with purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Great communication and support from the customer support! I had some problems with the delivery and them solved them immediately! I really recommend it!

En la vida vuelvo a comprar nada más en esta página (footshop). La experiencia ha sido desastrosa. En primer lugar, sobre el precio de compra, luego hay que añadirle los portes. En mi caso, estaba todo para entregar el día 11 y a mí no me entregaron nada, ni me avisó nadie. Después de enviar varios mails, me han pasado un nº de teléfono y hoy(18/01), he tenido que perder toda la mañana para visitar dos agencias y luego el producto estaba en un estanco de mi localidad. Esto parece una broma, pero os aseguro que no lo es. Mi recomendación es que hay muchas alternativas para comprar sin hacerlos en footshop.

Bestellte Schuhe wurden einfach so storniert obwohl schon längst bezahlt. Es war ein Modell, was sehr schnell ausverkauft war und deshalb habe ich jetzt keine Möglichkeit mehr diesen Schuh irgendwo anders noch zu bekommen. Kein Verlass auf diese Firma!!!! Der Kundenservice war schlecht und ging nur mit Standardphrasen auf meine Mail ein. Nie wieder!

FAKE TRAINERS Bought adidas trainers to replace a pair I have that were worn out. Looking everywhere it seemed they’d discontinued that particular style until I found this website. Turns out it was too good to be true - they’re fake. The cuts round the ankle on the ‘leather’ are jagged, the insoles are made of blue cheap foam and don’t fit the trainer properly and then underneath them the ends of the threads aren’t tied off and have just been taped to the inside of the shoe. Wish I’d read other peoples’ reviews before purchasing as sounds like it’ll be more hassle than it’s worth attempting to get a refund from this company too.

The person double checked with the warehouse concerning whether the shoe was a men’s or women’s and assured me in writing it was mislabeled on the site and was indeed the women’s shoe I desired. It came so fast too! Ordered on Monday, shipped on Tuesday, received on Thursday! Couldn’t be happier!
