I would like to say this was some of the quickest response on an online issue I've ever had with a business. They were quick to solve the issue and at no time did they give me a hassle.

I ordered 2 times from this company. First time, even though my order was ~550 RON, transport was free for orders above 600 RON which is a lot. Second time there were no problems, transport was free even if it was less expensive than the first time. Otherwise there were no problems

Achtung niemals hier einkaufen!!!Wenn ich könnte würde ich nicht einmal ein Stern vergeben. Ich habe die Ware erhalten und beide paar Schuhe zurückgesendet und jetzt wird mir vorgeworfen ich hätte ein Paar nicht zurückgesendet. Und jetzt hat klarna bereits eine Mahnung gesendet und ich erhalte für ein Paar Schuhe mein Geld nicht.

Ik heb 1 week geleden een bestelling geplaatst en kreeg toen een bevestigings mail waarin stond dat hij woensdag zou aankomen. Het is nu zondag en ik heb verder niks van ze gehoord. Ik weet niet waar mijn pakketje nu is en waarneer hij aankomt. Ik hoop echt iets van ze te horen want anders is €123 weggegooid geld :(

Ik was zeer benieuwd wat er ging gebeuren toen bleek dat de schoenen uit Tsjechië zouden komen en het internet vol stond met slechte reviews. Maar de schoenen kwam gewoon netjes op tijd aan en ik ben er heel blij mee!

When i missed the Reebok Jurassic park limited edition drop, & my size was gone after only 2hrs..the panic ensued & google scouring began..needless to say, I found them here. With all the bad reviews, i was very nervous to order, & being in the states, the shipping cost was a bit high, but I scoured for a coupon, & found one. Seeing that I would have paid for overnight shipping anyways, i was only out about an xtra $12 when all was said & done. Just received my item, & even a few days before I was supposed to. Their sizing chart was very accurate as well. Perfect, brand new in box, tags attached. I love them!! Thank you footshop! I would not hesitate to purchase from you again!!!

ARNAQUE, site à fuire, ne pas faire d'achat !! J'ai commandé une paire de baskets mi-juillet. La paiement a été effectué, j'ai reçu une facture mais le colis n'est jamais arrivé ! Le plus étrange c'est que le numéro de colis n'est pas fourni, impossible de suivre le colis. Le service client est au abonné absent : le numéro de téléphone ne fonctionne pas, aucune réponse des mails ou sur les chats des réseaux sociaux. J'attends un dédommagement de leur part...

Absolutely first class service ordered 3 items for delivery to the uk was a bit nervous after only reading reviews online after purchasing but no problems whatsoever items arrived well packaged. Would definitely use again please dont let the few negative reviews put you off I will be using again without a doubt thanks footshop 👍👍👍👍👍

Je suis écœuré de ce site. ! Jamais je n’aurai du passer commande et je déconseille très fortement à d’autre personne de passer commande sur ce site . J’ai commandé une paire de sneakers qui n’est jamais arrivée maintenant je me retrouve avec un. Remboursement qui n’arrive pas à quelque jours d’un départ en vacances En ce qui me concerne les achats sur internet c’est terminé à vie. Ça sera les boutiques en physique car personne pour se retourner en cas de problème . Footshop ne proposez pas un service que vous n’êtes pas capable d’assumer

The quality of the product was poor and different from the photo, so I had to return it. This is where it got fun. For any returns, you have to send it yourself to their warehouse, at your own cost. They claim they will refund the return cost, but of course they never did. Nor did they actually confirm receipt of the package. More than a week had passed and I emailed them saying they should have at least confirmed they got it by now. No response, but the refund for the product was transferred into my account in a matter of hours. Again, without the refund for the transport. Not ordering again…it’s just not worth the hassle. Two starts because I actually did get the refund for the product.

C'est le deuxième avis que je dois écrire pour espérer un remboursement de ma commande 2484934! Après de nombreux mails envoyés sans réponses et une déclaration de perte de colis, j'attends toujours mon remboursement de 300e!!! Le service client n'est pas sérieux, boutique à À EVITER!!

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen und Erfahrungen nur bestätigen. Ich habe Schuhe bestellt. Die Retoure dauerte ewig. Inzwischen kam schon Mahnung von Klarna. Ich konnte die Rücksendung lückenlos belegen, auf einmal war sie auch da angekommen, aber angeblich die Schuhe getragen und verschmutzt. Das kann auf keinen Fall sein, ich hab sie wirklich nur im Wohnzimmer probiert. Ich bin echt sauer und werde nie wieder da kaufen Update nach deren Antwort. Die Schuhe sind aber nicht getragen. Ich habe Fotos an Klarna und Footshop geschickt und kann sie auch gern hier veröffentlichen. Da sieht man eindeutig das es völlig ungetragen Schuhe sind.

Ich habe 2 retouren in einem Paket zurück geschickt. Das 2. Kleidungsstück welches ich zurück geschickt habe wurde nicht vernünftig registriert o.ä. deshalb will footshop jetzt den vollen Preis von beiden Produkten zurück haben, was nicht zu verstehen ist. Ich habe mehrmals emails mit der Sendungsnummer, sogar ein Video wo ich den Pullover verpackt habe geschickt. Ich werde zu 100% nur das bezahlen was ich wirklich behalten habe!

Great prices on real products from top brands. It takes a while to arrive due to delivery from abroad. 10 days in my case. Returns could be tricky. But really happy with my purchase. I will be buying from them again.
