Endless spam calls originating with this effing company and they should be totally blacklisted. Check every number and block and report.

Hopeless do absolutely nothing with regards to support, I'd spend money on this kind of service elsewhere they're utterly useless.

This company does not care about you. Period. End of story. I literally need a single phone number to text me a few times a day for reminders. Twilio took my money and now all my phone numbers are unverified and have no way of being verified. What a scam.

Horrible email sender! We've used SendGrid for nearly 3 years now, and out of nowhere, this weekend they suspended our services claiming our account was exhibiting suspicious behavior. We use SendGrid to support email sending for our online software application. This unexpected and unwarranted outage impacted our clients and operations. We immediately reached out to customer support for assistance and received the most unhelpful and incompetent support, repeatedly being told that the Compliance Team would review our case. In the meantime, we now have to explain to our customers that we are experiencing an outage that we have no control over and no estimation on the resolution. It's incredible that a vendor would suspend services without a single warning email. We have lost complete trust in SendGrid and are now opting to switch to a different email sender.

This company is just a total waste of time and money. I put in so many hours and got nothing out of it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They had stolen £120 from me in one month claiming that it's justified to take this money for 40,000 undelivered messages?????? I only used their services as part of my micro business customer contact - sending out an SMS to approx 500 clients. So that's 500 clients (cost should be about £10) and 40.000 undelivered messages that they actually charge you for. They blamed me for using the wrong code although the code was provided by them and as far as I know it worked because when I test it, it works. The only time you know that one sent message involved 1000s of unsent messages is when you get the bill. And they've just offered £20 credit as an apology!!! Steer well clear of these sharks.

We finally were able to cancel our twilio account after 3 months of trying. The absolute incompetence of their customer service is astounding. After promising us a full refund multiple times they kept all of the money that we had pre-established in our account in anticipation of using their services even though they denied our campaign without any cause. Our campaign was a small internal one for our staff only. What a joke. I hope someone will start a class action lawsuit in CA about their cancellation policy. One click to cancel? Try 3 months and countless back and forth emails. Never pre-populate funds in this service. They will take your money. We still have funds sitting in there and they will not refund.

There is no way to change support plan once a plan chosen. Even the sales say it could downgrade anytime but it is not the case. I have been trying to change plan and there is nothing to click on the console billing section to change plan. Feel like being scammed and sick of it!

Scammers. All the numbers that call me that have been sold by Twilo are scammers. Run by an oriental living in California and a Swedish old man. They are not even in the UK. My phone blocks VoIP calls and the block list is full of Twilo numbers.

What a disappointing experience with Twilio—I’ll never use it again. I signed up for a plan intending to test and experiment with the platform as part of a proof of concept for my new startup. However, the Onboarding & Compliance Operations team required a fully developed product before they would enable my account. Ironically, I needed a platform like Twilio to build and refine my idea! Their reasoning was that "Twilio leverages many different vetting techniques, and as such, we've determined that your use case was not a good fit for our platform." This approach felt dismissive and unaccommodating to potential customers. I wouldn’t spend a penny on them—customers deserve to be treated with respect and support, especially during the early stages of development.

I am constantly getting phone calls (often several a day) from unrecognised UK numbers which when I look up reveal the number to be owned by Twilio. Clearly they are seen as the company of choice for scammers.

I am trying to cancel my account, and have not logged in for a while. It wants to verify a phone number. This should not be necessary to cancel an account. The support is predictably AI and *does not answer the question*.

0 stars!! The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. I have tried to cancel my subscription on multiple occasions SINCE 2022!!! Everytime I think it's resolved they charge my card again. I am at my wits end with these people. No customer support to speak with only email communication.... complete bullshit!
