This is honestly one of the worst services I have ever used. We followed their whatsapp onboarding process and it was littered with - Clunky and slow UI related to subaccounts - Steps that even when followed to the letter resulted in several error states they could not explain or magically solved after a few days giving us the OK - Customer service that often doesn't even understand the questions We pretty much wasted months achieving nothing. Look somewhere else.

Customer support is completely useless. No one seems to know how their own stuff works. The documentation is unreliable. You better run away from them.

Constant scam calls for scammers that use Twilio numbers. Surely Twilio are as bad as the scammers if they don't shut down the scammers accounts.

Site frauduleux Site parfaitement incompréhensible, onboarding inexistant sur un site proposant des surcouches de compléxité dans tous les sens. On se rend vite compte que sans payer on ne peut pas faire grand chose. Montant minimal : 20$. Après le paiement on se rend compte qu'ils ont ajouté de nouvelles limitations, bref on ne peut toujours rien faire. Scam total

This company is disgusting. Hiding in Dublin and using voip to call from anywhere in UK to scam! Sick on blocking numbers. 4 today in 3 hours.

Their service is not working. I've spent 3 months and a lot of money to find out how to set up their connections between Woocommerce and Twilio. It's just not working. And they have no help.

ARNAQUE !! Apparemment je ne suis pas le seul à qui cela est arrivé. Et quand je lis les commentaires des autres, je me rends compte qu'ils utilisent exactement le même procédé. Pour utiliser leur application, il faut créditer votre compte (c'est ce que j'ai fait à hauteur de 200 $ ) et le lendemain, il bloque votre compte, vous ne pouvez plus y accéder. Cette société m'a escroqué 200 $ et a bloqué mon compte sans autre donner aucune explication valable. Purement discriminatoire.

I have had 20 calls / missed calls from various numbers all showing to be your company within 24 hours. This is harassment. No voicemails left and after asking for my number to be removed from your system i am still called. To add to this , still getting calls from your company 6 weeks later at least 2-3 a day have asked several times for my number to be removed.

Tried to set up an account. Forget it, the process is so painfull, it will never work. Support is inexistent. And an upgrade for at least 20$ is mandatory. They are to stupid to create a smooth onboarding and set up process. A lot of information ist not given. If an error occurs, you are invited to create a ticket. If you do so, you are rejeceted, because you do not have a paid plan. Whaaart, I just upgraded for 20$

If I could leave less then on star I would. They suspended my 800 number which I have owned for 6 years and had before I worked with Twilio. We lost it over a month ago and they will not even port it to a new service provider. I have lost tens of thousands of dollars in prospective clients and literally need to trash all marketing materials because it has a phone number on it i cannot get calls through. I guess it's time to lawyer up and file suit

I have my capstone project I’m working on and needed to send SMS notifications to the users on my website. I put $20 into Twilio, they snatched it from my account and proceeded to suspend my account immediately. My mouth legit dropped to the floor. Like I have never been scammed that bad in my life and I know it’s $20 but that’s so disrespectful I hope they rot.

Who gave our mobile numbers to this scam company? Started a couple of months ago and is almost daily now, phone calls coming up as "potential scam" operated by Twilio Ireland. Every time I block the number it appears with a different number the next day.

Not a good email service , they are better services out there for sure..
