My engineer was Chris. He was polite, professional, and so helpful. It was refreshing to have someone who took so much pride in his work and gave such excellent customer service. He consulted me about the work to be done, ensured all my devices were set up, showed me how to test the internet speed and tidied up when he finished. A five star job. Thank you!

Ordered a Lit500 package and had an install date within three days. Ryan and Mike were really helpful and got the job done quickly and easily resolved an underground cable issue. I have now have 520Mbps broadband and a great router providing coverage all over the house . Very pleased with everything, so thank you LitFibre.

Ok so ive only been with Lit Fibre for a couple of weeks but the customer service is second to none. I've had a couple of issues getting a couple of my items connected to the wifi, you get on to someone really quickly and they are very helpful, courteous and genuinely seem interested in getting the issue sorted. I was with another provider before and it was impossible to get through their telephone system, endlessly going round and round in circles but with this provider the phone system is clear and puts you on to a human quickly. I would recommend this company and the prices were lower. I am paying less now for the top band of service than I was for the second band before.

Engineer Ryan become on the place before arranged time. Explain the situotion and start working on it. There was need to drag new optic cable through busy road full of public transport, so mr.Jai with hoists attends the instalation. Both of them big thanks, they did profesional job. Straight after the connection the diferent is great in positive way.Full of juice has this connection. Absolutely recommended!

My engineer Steve called ahead arrived in the time slot informed me of the work which he was gonna carry out and was very neat and tidy with his work.

Engineer was very polite, helpful and friendly. And customer service staff made sure we got the deal we were offered by the rep who visited us which was even better than the one quoted on the website when we signed up. So far speeds have hit the quoted levels which BT never did before.

Awesome within few minutes they installed the wifi and that’s working very good then vodafone and virgin media because I tried that both but to be honest it’s work very good as well as it’s very budget friendly. Thank you lit fiber.

The service provided by Steve when setting up my new LitFibre was just great. I was informed about what was going to happen and he carried out the work. Once finished I was shown where he had drilled and made weather tight, he explained everything to me. Steve was polite & friendly and got the job done in good time.

Yesterday I spoke to Daniel who is one of lit fibres engineers and we spoke about their internet. The speeds they do and the prices. I was very impressed so I’ve just signed up for my house in melksham and it’s being installed on the 9th. Easy to book so I’m Very happy so far.
