I needed to connect a couple of wifi speakers to the recently installed fibre broadband and, having failed, realised the router needed to clearly identify a 2.4 ghz channel. Which I couldn't work out how. A casual message to the support team and Ian jumped in, offered a solution and also offered to make the change remotely. I jumped at the second option and it was done...at the weekend! What's not to like.

Can't even have more than two things connected before it struggles. We have there top hub and package. Been in contact with them numerous times and have been no help at all. Has been the worse decision to go with this company. Absolutely appalling!!!

After lots of delays & complications with another company, they got the fibre up & running the same day they came round. Can not fault them or the company, would recommend
