I got a HomeSecure Alarm in about 2 months ago and i am very happy with it. Once it was set off (accidently) andthey called me straight away. The system was installed as planned by a very competent person who explained the system add how it works in simple and understandable terms. I am very happy with it and would recommend HomeSecure to anyone who is looking for a new or change of home alarm system.

Requesting a client of 5 years 90 euros to cancel a contract is absolutely insane. Do not purchase their services, opt for a self monitored service instead.

I have my alarm with Homesecure for 4years and have only positive things to say. I’ve recommended it to my neighbours also. Very quick to install and the engineer was very knowledgeable in where the correct window alarms should be placed. I did have an issue with my window alarms for a short while but this was solved within 2 days with excellent service and efficiency by the girls in the office and the engineer. I’ve set the alarm off myself numerous time forgetting to turn it off in the morning and have had a call to ensure we were safe within seconds giving great peace of mind. The app is a godsend for when we are out and about or just in bed and forget to set it from the keypad. The staff in the office have been so easy to deal with and are very emphatic to situation. From the start, we have been happy with HomeSecure. Some small issues crept in, but were resolved by customer service team. Also, Maurice who did the initial and additional installation works is an absolute pleasure.

Had an issue with the key pad They sent me a new one in 48 hours and were very helpful helping me reinstall in over the ph I have always found the support staff to be willing and very able to help sort any issues which have been very very few

His sales technique was not pushy compared to another company I enquired with. He was very relaxed and gave me time for all the questions I had. The person that installed it was very friendly and talked me what he was doing throughout and involved me in where to install it to suit me. The alarm itself is so easy to use, the app gives you reassurance and the team are quick to respond when the alarm goes off. Would highly recommend HomeSecure over other companies.
