Use it without fail for pre market appraisal prep to be armed with title/planning/flooding detail. Used in the presentation, very well received by potential clients and evidences more due diligence than competitors!

An excellent tool.

I went on the training to understand Nimbus maps as I use it for looking into land owners of up to 500 acres to develop solar, I found it invaluable and realised it would show me so much more. However I came away wanting to property develop as for the property developers on the training they need not go anywhere else it was a fantastic tool for property developing. Well done Nimbus

Nice people. Extremely low cost...but...on more than one occasion we have seen that the planning data is not current. That's a problem.

I have been using Nimbus Maps for over a year and am constantly impressed by the information that is available. Only problem is the delays at the Land Registry itself!
