As a land and property professional, I can honestly say Nimbus Maps is great value for money. Paul the co-founder is very passionate, personable and well informed. I always look forward to the workshops and other webinars. I find the staff to be friendly and professional.

I have my own private property company but I am also looking for potential sites for my renewable energy company and its associate companies. I have only come across Nimbus in the last month or so and I can already see how this technology is game changing for private investors in the property industry, as well as larger commercial land developers. Probably the best due diligence tool you can have. Be careful, it can be addictive, but the system will shut you off if you overuse. :D Love it, hope will help me getting some deals.

A very clear and well paced interactive presentation. Generous with their time -which often runs over. There is so much data and potential with this tool which is quite user friendly, even for those new to property investing.

Paul has given a very thorough presentation and provided answers to all the questions that I have in my mind that enable me to effectively run my property and managing the business. Fantastically important for all those seeking to develop commercial property

Good customer service, excellent webinars, good site for property search with lots of depth, slightly buggy and the UI could be a little slicker but I'm sure that will come with time.

It is often said "Knowledge is power" and this is exactly what Nimbus Maps gives you. Not only does it allow you to view maps and identify properties that may be ripe for development, but it also gives you such a rich tapestry of information such as if it is in a flood zone, Green belt area, if the building is listed, where has there been a request for planning. What information Nimbus doesn't provide, it gives you links to sites that can. You are taken directly to the planning portal and details of the property you have selected, you are taken to the estate agent website of the commercial property that is being sold or being able to purchase Title information from the Land Registry. There are too many features to list in this review but suffice to say this product is built by people who know what information is needed by property developers to make informed decisions at an early stage.

After that detailed part A training, there were so many features I was yet to discovered. Enjoyed it very much.

Good so far saving time and effort but I'm not sure I've unlocked its potential yet.
