Excellent platform - always adding features and training good to

We use Nimbus maps almost daily in our search for investment and development properties. It has layers and layers of functionality which make it an invaluable tool.

Unclear with T&C's on renewal and don't inform you when your renewal is due so that they can tie you in for another year. No goodwill and just refer you to T&C's. Avoid or only pay for a monthly subscription

Financial conduct authority do not regulate nimbus maps. Be point fully aware of nimbus maps who may sign up on a free trial, will ask you to commit for one full whole year to sign a contract, and who's business it appears might not be substantial to FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY. Yet I have not found this up their website at all. I say this due to unforseen circumstances, and as a matter of fact I've been threatened by the manager herself with lawsuits if I do not keep up substantial payments even while being in the free trial period and actually I used only as a consumer individual. I must say has NOT earned me anything during the free trial,when I once used this software, and even instead I am being treated like a business client. Be wary of unregulated companies who get you locked in on a subscription too etc. What's more, I am mum of a large young family, and am on a small amount of income each month, nimbus maps proposes to keep taking from me....and I've been told they cannot make me a full refund of money taken from the account that was pointful for my own family to feed. due to the software I'm very stressed out, with a little money on a shoe string budget.

I have been using Nimbus for a year now. I have been very impressed with the software and the team behind it. We have had some bespoke tools built for us and Nimbus were exceptionally quick at rolling out and bug testing as we used. Great platform with fantastic support. Recently had my renewal, spoke with them and got some great help with my requirements. Renewal was arranged with a few added extras and a trial of things I may need. All in all, a great service and response time. Help on hand that is human with a person touch. I took a while to find my way around the software and still get lost, but help is an email or call away always.

Our experience has been great. We utilise Nimbus platform to sense check our deal numbers which helps us to put forward our offers to vendors and agents with confidence. It is a valuable appraising tool (for estimated costs and returns) for our business and saves us substantial time and effort. Having an allocated accounts Manager Carly Igoe, with her support and understanding of our business needs has been invaluable for us. Where we had more complex technical queries, Paul Davis the Co-founder of Nimbus himself personally phoned to discuss and help clarify Nimbus appraisal methodology. I would rate this company as 5 star due to its customer focussed approach and the value you get for your money from the platform itself. I have been using nimbus for the last 5 years, what an incredible piece of software. it allows me to identify my development all at once without me switching to other different pieces of software to identify multiple tasks. i have tried them all and nothing comes remotely close to Nimbus's Cost and Performance.

The combination of software and development strategies is a brilliant package. Paul's webinar and generous sharing of his knowledge is a real bonus and the combined package unlike anything we have used before. I have been using Nimbus only for few months but can already see how it will allow us to scale up the business.

what made my experience great is being on these webinars and the fact that Paul, gives us homework which makes us have to stay on top of things. so easy to rest on your laurels, but with you getting to the optimum, you need training like these.

I’m a big fan of Nimbus, and the benefits are well-described by many other people in these reviews. But one major flaw is that the planning records for a lot of sites are seriously deficient. On numerous occasions I check the “Planning History in the Area” box to see what applications have been made on the site…..and Nimbus has nothing, or maybe has some applications from 5-10 years ago. But when I go independently to the local authority search tool I find that there is a detailed history of applications on the site. In a lot of cases I find that the site which Nimbus is presenting as an opportunity, already has detailed consent given to a developer…..and is quite obviously no longer available. This is a very serious problem when Nimbus promotes itself as a source of reliable site information for developers.

The system has a lot of links for all relevant information in the property world its loaded with ways to filter what you are looking for and what you are not looking for. The team are helpful and there's lots of useful webinars for you to learn the system and the useful tips all up to date too.

I have now been signed up with Nimbus for well over twelve months and found their platform and back up to be excellent. The platform is a very useful tool as we know to search for parcels of land but also great for referencing. There webinars are always interesting and useful to gain knowledge across a varied spectrum ….. it is very much appreciated
