Just now I have renewed my subscription with Nimbus. In the last two years, I have used Nimbus Elite on an almost daily basis for land sourcing, because it’s an easy and all-in-one platform. Nimbus is an excellent product with different maps and tools – very professionally done and easy to manage. You can find all the details like address, size of the land, description with build class, the number of properties on the plot. In case the land is owned by a company, you can directly connect to Companies House’s website. It gives you quick access to the planning history of the plot and in the area. On Nimbus you will find information about Listed Building, Flood Zone and Environment, and so much more … and it’s fast. Additionally, on a regular basis the Nimbus Team provides free webinars via Zoom. Mostly held by the Co-founder, Mr. Paul Davis, these are excellent educational opportunities with lots of useful information and Q&A session. At any time, if you have any questions or feedback, the Nimbus Team is very responsive and helpful always. Really WELL DONE!
