NImbus Maps is a useful resource with a number of layers and functions. The team at Nimbus are very helpful and open to feedback always looking to better their user experience. This is evident by the various updates which occur adding new features to improve the useability of the site. The IT team are very quick to respond to any queries or IT issues.

Really useful systems and loads of information at your finger tips. Definitely recommend to all property people for residential and commercial land

What a fantastic way to get real background info at the initial stage about the property I'm thinking of buying, including info from the Land Registry, without waiting for solicitors and paying Land Registry prices. The guidance on how to use the site is really good - do read it before you launch into the maps, and you'll get so much more out of them. Robin

Good system, starting to put together all of the information necessary for appraising a new site or revisiting an old one. Couple of things to iron out, but becoming an important tool.

Excellent product which makes the collection of data a much easier process, they listen to your wants and needs and react without hesitation. I would recommend them unreservedly.

Nimbus draws together a wealth of useful property information and makes it readily accessible and easy to assimilate. This saves research time and generates new leads. Access to basic Land Registry information without additional charge saves the cost of wasted detailed searches and pays for a proportion of the subscription on its own. The graphic user interface is intuitive to use and the software works quickly and reliably.

Ive only scratched the surface but for anyone involved in the property world it is essential as a tool for appraising the potential a parcel of land

It was originally better when we could see the boundaries of each property. This has now disappeared, so although I can identity the property and sometimes it's owners, it is no longer that the extent of the demise is

This used to be so much better when the red line boundaries were included in the Essentials version. I know you want to upsell the better version but I use it much less than I used to so am less likely to persuade my board to upgrade
