During 14 day free trial, I enjoyed an excellent experience with Nimbus Maps team, including 1-2-1 sessions. I enjoyed several webinars, and I can see the power of Nimbus Maps. End of 14 day free trial, I did sign-up to annual subscription.

The Nimbus suite of products has many valuable functions. The support from Nimbus staff is excellent.

The programme was a little difficult to use- I understand their are tutorials which I accessed- there were things that were irritating a little like the red freehold map- just couldn’t get rid of it. When zooming out the satellite map would appear- would have preferred it to stay as a survey map. The good things were the HMO map and the comparables that you could export- especially the commercial ones which I have not found easy to find. Overall there are good components to it, I would have preferred a ‘jump straight in and use ‘ programme- purely to just get moving quickly. I did also trial property data at the same time- there are different features of course- but I have subscribed to them 🤔 I really wanted to love nimbus maps- maybe I will try it again in the future. A very useful way to identify specific properties, especially during lockdown when visiting site is limited. Easy to navigate and practical.

Extremely useful to see the boundaries of each title on the map so you can quickly identify sites and any potential issues with them.

I tried the free trial, I like the whole concept of Nimbus and I can see how useful it could be, but as a bus driver, I wouldn't use it. I purchased some title deeds, and the system stored my bank details, I messaged Nimbus and my details were removed straight away. Nimbus have great communication and answered me straight away.

I absolutely enjoy using Nimbus Maps as my tool searching for my Direct to Vendor campaign! The webinars and trainings are very informative and has helped me develop my understanding thus improve my skills when using this very useful app.

Nimbus Maps provides a quick efficient way gaining meticulous insights into the necessary particulars of a property. Nimbus enabled me to grasp all the different aspects in relation to the property of interest while simultaneously enlightening my knowledge of the area around the property in an unprecedented way that I have never experienced before. It is a superb tool that i will utilise in the not too distant future.

I have been an active client of Nimbus maps for a couple of years now and can wholly recommend them. The software itself is a must have if you are property sourcing, a developer looking for sites, and to quickly and easily look for planning applications or comps for your sites. The team are very professional, with Paul one of the founders actively doing webinars, with multiple guest speakers to help advise on everything from Tax to raising equity. Have listened to many good reputable speakers and gained a lot of knowledge from this. The team in the office are always helpful and very attentive and happy to provide ongoing support, something that is lost with larger similar companies. I do not know where I would be without having Nimbus are part of my daily routine. Currently have several developments either in legal or planning, and have formed multiple JV with land owners as a direct result of using this software. I can highly recommend using them! Great except for measuring tool which is complicated. How about 1 tap/click (t/c) to place start, hold & drag to adjust. Then 2 t/c for position 2 (+ hold & drag as before); CNTRL X to delete (and return one position). Then 3 t/c for position 3, etc .... or something similar. I admit I’m using an iPad, but deleting positions is all but impossible as things stand. Nevertheless Nimbus Maps has helped me a lot!

Clearly understand the way to improve the product is to interact with the product users: React, refine, repeat.

Nimbus maps is a great platform. So much information. So much to learn and make work for you
