Became over complicated after the layout alterations and has lost its ability to do the basics well. Too many blackspots where the postcode isn't recognised. The HMLR overlays are inaacurate. Overall this service flatters to deceive!!

I would like to think that I was one of the early birds to discover Nimbus Maps but perhaps not. To my mind, it is the best starting point for any property search. For whatever reason. To find the owner, to ascertain the latest planning, to ascertain the site area and building footprint and Eureeca, it also tells you what other properties are owned by that same "company". It covers a lot of the essential areas that need to be covered for my own purposes and short circuits my own research methods on the computer and internet etc. The one mild criticism that I have and perhaps it is not down to Nimbus but others, when I apply to obtain the Land Registry info (and joy of joys, it is permanently on your account page), sometimes it says "Unavailable" because the property has been sold. When I make a direct enquiry to Land Registry, it has indeed been sold but over 12 months prior. However, I have seen deals that I have personally been involved in where the correct info is changed in a matter of a few months. I am sure the owners are aware of gremlins that need to be addressed BUT I have recommended it to all my friends and even my competition as I believe that it create a new market place.

Really needs conservation areas, TPOs and correction to the erroneous SPA data. But I use it multiple times a day and any other niggles are the fault of the local authorities or HMLR in their data.

I often struggle to get the title information to show up - the system seems to freeze. The planning information is often very inaccurate - on many occasions the planning history comes up blank but there are live and historic applications and consents. The planning policy link is practically useless; all it does is ink to the LPA's web address. Can you create a direct link through to the relevant local plan policy map? It would be really useful if the planning history also included information about SHLAA's and SHELAA's.

Before going into the training i had set myself a clear objective regards the outcome i was looking to achieve. The training delivered by Paul was first class and the whole day exceeded my expectations, gave me the basis to help me scale, provided a toolkit that will help in building up investment appraisals and provided insights that have significantly fill in my knowledge gaps.

Initially I used FREE versions of various mapping software to understand the functionality and the overall user experience. After analysing the competitors, I finally decided to opt for the Nimbus Elite version and consequently, attend the training day. The training was very informative, which gave a firm foundation to expand my knowledge base and seek relevant opportunities. I would recommend Nimbus to anyone looking to scale their property development business.

I've been using Nimbus maps for a while now but I know I not been using the full functionality. Having attended a day's training, my head's a little fried but I can see how much more it can do! A fantastic tool for making site finding so much more effective and efficient!

I have just attended the one day Nimbus Map Training - it was a full day - although maybe too much content for a one day course. I like the way it was delivered with practical challenges to enhance the learning. It seems to be an excellent comprehensive system and with many different levels and information gathering all in one place. I look forward to exploring the system further.

Did the training course with Nimbus maps after using the software for about a month, will get so much more from it now I’ve learned about a whole bunch of uses and features I didn’t know about. Well worth it. Thanks To Paul and Nimbus.
