An extremely useful tool that puts everything you need in one place.

Be very care when you register as the company take 1p from your bank account, then charge £130+ per month on a rolling basis unless you cancel. I got caught out. Will pay the fee for the month, asked them now to cancel the subscription. Nimbus Maps have now refunded the charge and put me on the basic membership which is free.

Nimbus Maps is a powerful tool developed by switched-on founders who have aggregated all the most relevant property data in one place. Don't spend hours researching in multiple places when you can save time at this one-stop shop. Definitely book on a training day. It will more than pay for itself and unlock a virtual treasure trove of possibilities. New functionality continually coming online too, so it keeps getting better and better.

We have been using the platform to help our company analyse development opportunities more effectively. Having all the information in one place, from sales comparables to planning history, has made information gathering and decision making more efficient. Yesterday, we attended Nimbus' training day where we were given great guidance on how to use the platform more effectively. Paul was very knowledgeable with his experience in commercial property and residential development, and Joe was there to support as and when required. It was a great day and we would definitely recommend working with Nimbus Maps.

Nimbus Maps is an excellent property search mapping service. The satellite maps are more recent than Google, so visual information is accurate. Size of plots is instantly available and sometimes sale histories. Other information may be bought directly (Land Registry for example) via the site, as well as opinions of development potential etc. I’ve found it useful and time saving.

The training and software are fantastic. Very attentive staff who care a lot about the service they provide and focus on the value add for their customers.

Nimbus is a competitively priced and excellent tool to aid in finding and appraising sites. I have also found the Nimbus team extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended.

Nimbus is a very Powerful tool for land finding and property development. It searches a huge amount of property data which saves a significant amount of time. Customer support and training is excellent too.

I’ve been meaning to try Nimbus Maps for ages and I’ve been really impressed with the amount of information available. Highly recommend, wish I’d used it sooner. With all the key property information sources linked in one place (land registry, planning, listed buildings, environment etc etc ) I can research sites much faster and finding opportunities is easier too. I’m finding the video tutorials very helpful. Thanks Nimbus!

Great bit software I've now been able to add to my arsenal and know this will be a game changer moving forward. Still learning how to navigate through the site but having the tutorials is a added bonus for ease of use.

Nimbus Maps have been a very useful tool in acquiring information, the links have been invaluable and the Team do respond to queries and they are easy to talk to. You don't need to be a property developer to use their services they made it easier to obtain relevant documents. Errors are rectified with no fuss or bother.

I think, all things considered, this is the best value tool available to a developer, deal sourcer or general property professional. There are a few things to be ironed out but these, in my experience, do not affect the efficacy of the product and the team seem motivated to constantly improve and update their offering. I'd recommend the day training course as you will come away hitting the ground running and be able to use the tool to its max. This may involve downloading certain data to Excel to filter/inspect further, but the over-riding issue is that the user can access large amounts of data quickly and effectively. It certainly saves me a lot of time when doing desk top analysis of multiple potential deals.

Nimbus Maps is an exceptional mapping website for site searching and property data. I have been very impressed at the professionalism and pro-activity of the Nimbus team and the functionality of the Nimbus Maps website has far exceeded my expectations. Highlights include seeing Land Registry polygons on satellite imagery and on OS Master Map, searching by Land Registry Title Number, filtering by site size, comparable property data and almost instant property reports but to be honest the list goes on, it is very good. I recently attended the One Day Training which I would also highly recommend. The training was given by one of the founders of Nimbus and it was really excellent. The training was very comprehensive and I learnt loads about how to best use Nimbus Maps. It was an extremely good and thorough course and obvious Nimbus are totally passionate about what they do. Fantastic.
