I was more than satisfied with the the service from the first enquiry through to delivery of the sofas. There was a small issue of legs being missing but even this was revolved efficiently.

I chose my sofas online which was a bit scary as it's a big and expensive purchase. Several photos ecalks and leather samples sent I picked my sofas, arranged finance and they came a week later. Brilliant delivery service too. Couldn't be happier

Would highly recommend Distinctive Chesterfield. From help in the shop to prompt and easy delivery everyone was excellent. Most of all the sofas are amazing. The quality is out of this world and they look fabulous.

I ordered two 2 seater wandsworth chesterfield sofas in dune grey and what can I say, they are absolutely stunning. The colors and the design were exactly what we wanted and more. The quality is second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommending Distinctive Chesterfields to anyone who is wanting to purchase real quality sofas.

Purchased an in stock item , leather chesterfield 2 seater in Amalfi tan . Item advertised as new but display item which could not be returned. , I thought as it was new there shouldn't be a problem. Delivery was within time and I was updated from start to finish but when the sofa arrived I was very disappointed, There were a number of flaws in the sofa. It was not a display item but a substandard item which could not be sold for full price and now couldn't be returned. Be very careful when choosing an in-stock item you may well be disappointed. Even though I am not happy with my product there seems nothing I can do. The type of leather that you have purchased is a natural full aniline leather. One of this leathers characteristics is that there are natural scars and variations within this type of leather. Most of the images that you have sent over show these “natural variations” clearly. As you can see on your invoice, there is a note on there that highlights that some slight signs of wear are also to be expected with our sales items. Please note, the cushions look to be in need of maintenance and plumping. I am sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with the level of quality that we have provided you with.As you have purchased a sales item and were made aware that the item might not be perfect, there is unfortunately nothing I can do.

I ordered a swatch, which arrived on time and the swatch was good, however I ordered a few and another companies appeared better

Quick and efficient service, Can’t fault anything

I have purchased 2 seperate sofas from distinctive chesterfields one 6 years ago which is in perfect condition and one around 2 and a half years ago which I am very disappointed with , the seats have faded every time you sit down the colour seems to be coming off , I’m scared to wipe the sofa as even wit the slightest little bit of water on a cloth the colour is coming off , we have raised the issues with distinctive chesterfields to be told it is due to excessive cleaning , the sofa has never had a proper clean as the colour just wipes off , we have sent over pictures and we have asked for someone to come out and have a look because we feel that this is an issue with the leather , our 6 year old sofa hasn’t done this , distinctive chesterfields refered us to out guardsman policy , which doesn’t cover for colour change (totally waste of money ) we have asked for help to be told we have already been offered new cushions back in 2020 which we never were , obvious we would have took then up on the offer , they had our email wrong when we contacted them so I’m guessing they have contacted someone else regarding the new seat cushions , now we have been told if we want new seat cushions it’s going to cost £180 per seat cushions, appalling customer services that won’t even send someone out to have a look so we can show the problems and show how easily the colour is coming off , our sofas are now covered with throws to protect them further as to be honest I am embarrassed by the state of them , I would nerver purchase off distinctive chesterfields and would certainly never reccomend to friends and family , I am now taking this further as asking them for help gets you nowhere !!!!!

We love the sofas that we bought. Sales service was excellent, unhurried and met our needs exactly. Olivia in the Huddersfield showroom was extremely knowledgeable and helped us immensely. We had been searching for sofas for 2 years until we visited Distinctive Chesterfields. Unfortunately delivery was slightly delayed, due to the same shortages afflicting so many businesses at the moment. However, the delivery company had excellent communication and were very helpful and careful on the day of delivery.
