First off the couch is gorgeous, well made and built to last. I’ve been searching a long time for the perfect chesterfield and no other company came close to the design and quality of materials. Second delivery was a breeze, they take special care. So happy!

Used the shop in Huddersfield. Great to deal with everything was as staff promised. Delivered by 3rd party who were pleasent but fortunately it was easy to get access to our room as they seemed a bit inexperienced.

Immediate quality issues notified within 48 hours. We want a replacement, still waiting. Company has own policy and staff not too familiar with UK consumer law. Still not resolved.

Gorgeous sofa. Easy to order and deliver was relatively swift. Delivery men seemed a bit grumpy and wanted help bringing it in (there were 2 of them - no access issues). Also it would be good to get updated, I had to call to ensure payment had been received and order was being processed. I would use this company again though.

First class service from Distinctive Chesterfields, very knowledgeable staff and great communication all the way through.

The cushions that were sent are exactly similar to earlier ones. They are not firm and not appropriately aligned. It looks like the outsourcing is not carefully selected or not quality controlled. We still think this is NOT value for money.

Was given the best information and support right from the beginning do that we could make the best decisions on size ...materials...colour....style even down to minimum specs to get it into.the house....money well spent

Delivery company was awful, caused damaged to internal and refused to accept liability.

The staff were amazing throughout the entire process of selecting, designing and delivery. I was particularly impressed by the Chesterfield being built within 5 weeks. I have no hesitation in returning to purchase other items in the future.
