Excellent customer service

From the very first conversation with them it was easy straight forward and simple. Delivery was on time and the gents that delivered were very good. Love my sofas. Would highly recommend.

Not happy at all n had to wait for three years n now the one have makes so much noise when you sit or move. Plus I would not recommend to any of my friends or family.

The suite is well made but the leather is slippy, and the seat cushions are thiner than expected after agreeing to have feather and foam. It is quite hard and not as comfortable as we thought.The sofa was a good size but the chairs seemed a lot larger than those in the shop and therefore miles too big for our cottage. I advise buyers to measure before purchasing. It was very expensive and was meant to be an investment, but we are now planning to sell it as it is too big for our room. So whoever buys it will not benefit from the guarantee. I think we made a mistake in buying this suite .

Excellent quality hand crafted Chesterfield leather sofa. This timeless piece looks fantastic in our vintage style living room, and I'm sure it will last for many years. Delivery was quick (well... for a hand crafted product) and the delivery guys were really helpful. Only wee niggle is that there was no information on how to care for the sofa (leather care, how to look after the feather filled cushions etc). I now know this information can be found online, but it would have been nice to have a booklet/pamphlet with such information (given the cost of the sofa). As I say, only a wee niggle and I would definitely recommend Distinctive Chesterfields.

Hallo zusammen, wir haben für unser neues Haus ein Couchset bestellt - London - und wir sind sprachlos wie gut das ganze aussieht. Die Verarbeitung ist perfekt und das Design lässt keine Wünsche offen. Frau Wilby von Distinctive Chesterfield war dazu ein perfekter Ansprechpartner und hat für uns das unmögliche Möglich gemacht. Sie war zuvorkommend, hat sich um jeden Wunsch gekümmert. Der Transport war zügig und der LKW-Fahrer hat uns sogar beim reintragen geholfen. Einen besseren Service habe ich noch nie gehabt. Das einzige was mich traurig macht ist, dass die Qualität so gut ist, dass ich Langezeit nicht nochmal bei ihr ein Couchset bestellen kann. Wir kommen aus Deutschland und sind froh ein original aus Großbritannien bestellt zu haben. Um ehrlich zu sein schauen wir uns aktuell erneut bei Distinctive Chesterfield um. The workmanship is perfect and the design leaves nothing to be desired. Ms. Wilby from Distinctive Chesterfield was a perfect contact person and made the impossible possible for us. She was accommodating, took care of every wish. The transport was fast and the truck driver even helped us carry it in. I have never had better service. The only thing that makes me sad is that the quality is so good that I can not order a couch set from her again for a long time. Every option was discussed from leather grades to seat styles and the pros and cons explained. I guess it must have been good as I ended up buying !! We bought a bespoke chesterfield sofa from distinctive chesterfields. The service was great, very friendly and professional. Our sofa arrived quickly and is absolutely stunning. We cannot thank distinctive chesterfields enough. We love, love, love our new sofa! Thank you.

The company was quick to follow up at each stage in the process, double-checking our specifications, which apparently were unusual😂. The delivery had to be delayed by a few hours because of staffing but we were kept in touch throughout. The delivery men were courteous and efficient. Would definitely recommend and use again

Delivered the wrong chair first time round and had to wait a few weeks to get the correct one. That said, staff were really helpful about resolving the issue. The delivery team were great and I am very happy with the quality of the chair.

The sofa was finished to a really high quality. But the sofa didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to. The London team did reorganize delivery though for later that week. The sales team were also really helpful from beginning to end, and gave useful advice on the specifications of the sofa to tailor to my preferences.
