We bought two of these for my daughter when she got married. She went to the showroom to see them first and she was impressed by the staff she met and the quality of the sofas. Delivery was to a highland address and they asked if someone could be there so I went along to help unload. The delivery driver was excellent, unwrapping, fitting the feet etc. They are very chuffed with the sofa. I think the driver enjoyed it as well because it turned out he used to holiday in the glen with his Dad when he was young. The only snag in the whole operation was that they mixed up our invoice address and the delivery address into one garbled confusing address which delayed the driver but didn't affect us.

I spent a long time looking for the right place to buy a chesterfield and this company offers great value for money, great customer service and have no reservations in recommending them.

We ordered the sofas without going to the showroom and seeing them first hand, so we placed a lot of trust in the quality and appearance of the sofas. Once ordered confirmation was emailed shortly and a few days after we rang to get a delivery estimate, they were extremely helpful and we couldn't have asked for any more. Co pared to highstreet sofa companies the delivery was quicker, which we found especially amazing considering they're handmade. On delivery, with which we were notified with a rough time of when they were to be delivered. Two people carried the sofas into the desired room and assembled them, all in record time. The sofas are beautiful and better than we could have possibly imagine. I would encourage all to purchase with distinctively chesterfield, the quality of the sofas are superb, they look as if they will last a lifetime, and they will surely be loved for a lifetime.

I am happy with the service I received. The delivery guys were patient and helpful and the call centre worked with me all through the process. I am happy with the service.

I cannot recommend Distinctive Chesterfields highly enough. The whole buying experience was splendid - the choice, the advice and service. Fantastic staff - friendly and knowledgeable, delivery assurances met and an absolutely stunning Chesterfield sofa at the end of it. Buying on-line always feels a little risky, but I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

Distinctive Chesterfields offers a great choice and brilliant quality. Customizable from start to finish, the chesterfield you get can be exactly as you dreamt about it! The customer care is exceptional, with a remarquable availability, especially from the lovely Lauren, in charge of the social media services. Although a little confusion during the delivery part, my order arrived safe and sound in my living room, in time for Christmas, as intentionally ordered. The result is worth the wait. I will certainly recommend and might even order again soon enough!

Where can I start ? Well on looking for a superb Chesterfield sofa /chair + foot stool I checked the internet and email 4 companies 2 of whom never ever replied ........! Distinctive Chesterfield emailed me asking for a suitable time for them to call me , and then called to the minute to discuss our needs . We were after a few small changes such as certain quality coverings to match / feet to changed on various items and of course a delivery date that would be kept . On confirming with the team over the telephone I was more than happy to pay the deposit and sit back knowing our dream items would be put into place as agreed. Fast forward a few weeks and we get a call to let us know everything is coming along and indeed the exact date that was given on placing the order would be kept . I offered the final payment myself as I felt the service , timing and polite manner in which I was treated warranted it earlier than the contract said. This was done and we received and email showing payment in full and the date of a few days later to expect the items . On the said day I had a personal call from the driver in the morning letting me know his delivery schedule + a guide time of 2 pm to expect them . As the time got close again a call with a voice saying we are outside and "wanted to check if it s ok to block your drive?" So within minutes the guys knocked the door and we were greeted with two great guys who take pride in the job and the service they provide. As they took the shoes off to double check access/ doors before bringing the items inside , and once again used experience to remove the old items to an area we asked and bring our fabulous chesterfields inside . They stripped the temp covering s fitted legs and placed them exactly where we asked , and not once complained about a thing ...... I have since had compliments from everyone who sees them , and the far superior quality that comes with Distinctive Chesterfields . I can say that I even emailed the office again to thank them for the service/ furniture and the fact that the staff we spoke to + the guys delivering really went that extra mile to make it an easy decision to buy from them . I would wish success in the future but know that years of hard work and a product that is faultless will see growth for ever and many many more years of making dreams come true .
