Loved walking round the showroom where the young lady knew the products she was selling inside out, very helpful, we described the colour leather we wanted & straight away she came up with the colour sample along with other similar colours. The delivery guys were lovely. We're very happy with our sofas love the colour and for a fantastic welcome change ..... Made In UK!!!

After trying several different couches over the past several years I had landed on a Chesterfield. The only ones I could try in my city were mass produced and not well made. Luckily I was taking a trip to New York and was able to try several different styles and materials. The ordering process was simple and straightforward and in the end I got a couch that is well-made and somehow still cost less than the mass produced ones that are available in my city. The couch is comfortable, stylish, and exactly what I wanted. I also appreciated the delivery service setting it up and taking the packing material with them. Five star service.

The two lads that delivered the sofas were professional and friendly in the way they went about the delivery. As for the two Chesterfield sofa’s we purchased we are very happy, superb quality and very comfortable to sit on, very happy with this company, would highly recommend.

We waited and waited. I contacted the vendor about delivery and the response was always "we don't know when delivery will happen." I will not purchase from them again.

Our new sofa is exactly what I expected. I was a little nervous selecting a leather from a small swatch, but it turned out just wonderfully. My sales person was always prompt with answers to questions too. Love my new Chesterfield Sofa and I look forward to years of wear.

Absolutely love my 2 sofas. original suite I ordered(from a well known store) wouldn’t come through door or window Didn’t realise at the time but it was a blessing. I found Distinctive Chesterfields on line and took the plunge After speaking to Christina? She assured me I’d have no problem getting sofas through window (above store told me it would go through door!!). I didn’t have to wait too long as I picked ex stock. They accommodated my request of a Saturday morning delivery and kept me informed along the way. The delivery lads were impeccable and only left once in position and I was happy If I would have come here first I would have saved myself a lot of stress But it was worth it in the end. I am more than happy with my purchase. ( I saved £1000 too on other suite which paid for a holiday. So I definitely came out on top

Experience was good upto the delivery. We had moved house and I had informed Distinctive Chesterfields all along that we were moving and that the sofa would be going to our new address this was confirmed in an email. On the delivery date I received a phone call from the delivery driver saying there was no one home. I had waited in all day for them to turn up but they actually went to my old address 25 miles away. They refused to deliver it to the address I had given them which was my new address as they said they had other deliveries. I therfore had to wait a further week for my sofa.Not good enough.

Can’t fault any of it from going into the store the assistant was extremely knowledgable and helpful to the delivery men that delivered it. Beautiful piece of furniture can highly recommend
