The staff couldn't do enough to talk and show us through various options. Took time to answer any questions, queries that we had. Made us coffee and tea, made us feel very much at home. Would recommend the showroom experience, to see the product in place and realise how good the products actually are. A very enjoyable experience.

I really like the 3x3 Pergola with sides. It seems like value for money. The company have a good what’s app system so you can contact someone quickly and they do their very best to help. My pergola came with a minor colour defect on one of the strip lights and some scratches on one of the legs. I had to take further time off work to be available for these small defects to be fixed. Replacement strip light and paint were sent but didn’t arrive so more time off work for no delivery. More time off for the second delivery. Further time off work for the fixes but the guys never appeared until 5.45 pm. Had I known I wouldn’t have taken time off. I could have lived with these minor issues if Harbour had given a good will gesture eg £50 (I spent £3500). Instead they insisted on all of the above that must have costed them hundreds of pounds and cost me valuable time off work. Common sense should have prevailed for a less hassle outcome for the customer. The installers reported the issues BTW to Harbour I followed up with the different solution same day eg a small gesture of goodwill and I would easily have lived with these minor defects

Great price and product

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The furniture was displayed well and we were able to view all the items we were interested in. It was a cold and windy day so could do with a bit more heating in their showroom.

We're very happy with the Pergola

First of all Pergola is excellent value and once fitted it looks great. However, we did experience quite a few issues building the pergola as the installation instructions were not accurate and we had to engaged the supplier for additional help and after speaking to a few people whom I’m afraid were not very helpful we eventually spoke to a fitter who had the experience to talk us through the issue by explaining that certain adjustments were needed. Once he guided us with these adjustments the Pergola fitted perfectly. The adjustments were not displayed in the installation instructions. Also, delivery company placed all the Pergola boxes where our rubbish bins were despite requesting them to be put in a place that we cleared therefore,locked them in and we could not get our bins emptied.

Very good website and easy to book a showroom viewing.Can also do virtual. The visit itself was excellent. Met by Jade, Showroom Manager, and taken to an excellent and beautifully laid out showroom where we got to see everything we needed. Jades approach and excellent knowledge enabled us to get all our questions answered and obtain all the information required. As our project not due until March/ April also agreed to hold the items on a deposit to secure the prices and stock. Quote provided immediately and emailed so made our decision on the same day. After much research and comparison with other providers we have placed our order.

I recently purchased the Burford media unit from Harbour and I am over the moon with the item! It is very well made with a solid wood frame and looks exactly as pictured on their website. The whitewash finish is beautiful without looking too painted, and still shows off the natural wood beautifully. To top off the great experience the item was delivered by Simplee Delivered and the two guys who delivered the item were a credit to their company. Highly communicative via text throughout the day as to what time they would arrive and when they did arrive they were incredibly respectful of my home and placed the item exactly where I needed it. My overall experience has reflected very highly on both Harbour lifestyle and Simplee delivered and I would be happy to recommend them and use both companies again myself.

I have purchased a wardrobe and chest of drawers from Harbour Lifestyle and have been so pleased with them both along with the customer service. One of the items had some chipped paint and the team couldn't have been more helpful in resolving the issue. Really pleased with them and would recommend!

The product, installation and after-sales services of our 4x4m pergola with drop-sides has been an entirely positive and first-rate experience. Although initially out of stock our heater has been delivered and fitted promptly as promised despite our significant distance from Newmarket.
