Ordering online and the delivery date were both excellent. However, contact with the delivery crew was not so good. They seemed to be in a hurry and "eye contact" with them when I spoke, was practically impossible. On delivery, (on 20/03,) I signed off the delivery as requested, but the item was unseen, at that point. I am disabled, so I have to wait until this weekend for my family to be free to unpack the larder and clear away the packaging for me. I will only then know if the quality of the furniture is as expected.

Absolutely terrible 'service'. I purchased a larder unit back in January at quite a costly price even with some discount during the sales time. This order went through and was accepted by the system which took this amount from my bank. I was struggling with what colour to go for having not seen the units in person... so a lady from Harbourlifestyle posted me some samples to my address. I pondered over what colour to go for, taking for several weeks to do so and touched based with them to keep them up to date and was told that's fine, take your time so amongst tending to other things I finally got back to them last week with a decision, the original grey colour which I had initially ordered. However, I was horrified to hear that on them 'looking into my order' they had decided that they were not prepared to deliver to my address and that they would be cancelling my order. No courtesy communication about this whatsoever and no refund had been processed, and when pursued about it all I got was a simple 'sorry'. This is really not at all acceptable. I put my trust and my money into this company which was most certainly not one of the cheaper options, believing that they would give me a good and legitimate service. How wrong was I, incompetent system allowing me to purchase this item through their website and not realising even when posting me out samples. I most certainly will never be using this disappointing company/service ever again. I am still waiting for my refund to come through and I am still without a larder. I have missed out on opportunities elsewhere to buy in the sale period directly after Christmas. I also paid and organised to remove a radiator on the wall where the larder was supposed to be going, just adding more to the inconvenience caused.

Delighted with my new parasol, it is extremely sturdy, looks amazing, and was such great value for money. And it has secure fastenings on the end of each wooden rib to stop them coming out of their pockets! What's not to love. I am so pleased I found HARBOURLIFESTYLE!

We recently bought a pergola from you and wanted to share our experience with others. We ordered it by phone and had exceptional help from the staff. They went through everything in detail. Within 8 days of our order we were informed that it would be delivered on Tuesday afternoon between 3 and 5pm. However on the morning of expected delivery we had a text message asking if they could come at 10.45 am instead. Bang on time the two young men ,Kaspa and Ethan,arrived and with a short discussion on the position we wanted it erected,they proceeded to complete assembly including removal of all packing within 2 hours. They were extremely friendly and polite. We would recommend both Harbour Lifestyle and assembly service to anyone. Well done on a job well done. Thank you.

Ordered a PergoSTET Pergola online easy to order, confirmation stated delivery 7 to 10 days, it was delivered in 6 days, built it over next 3 days you definitely require 2 people as some heavy parts, company sent a link to a build Video, very useful, no issues with any of the components, very pleased with the high quality of materials, pleased with feedback from the company reference minor issue regarding the Lighting.

Booked an appointment at the showroom to look at cantilever parasols only to receive a call 30mins before my appointment time to tell me they had none on display. This would have been fine if I was local, however I’m an hour and a half away so had a 2hr round trip wasted plus the cost of fuel! Disappointed and an almost guaranteed sale lost!

Recently bought a table and chair set, good value and fast delivery. Unfortunately two of the glass protective screens for the table had smashed in transit. I contacted Harbour Lifestyle and received amazing customer service and 2 replacements were immediately dispatched. Excellent service to supplement the excellent products that they sell.

Just had our Pergola delivered and erected by harbour lifestyle. Excellent service and fantastic product. From the word go comunication was excellent answering any questions we had before we put our order in. From ordering to instalation the timescale was less than a week. The instalation guys, Jamie and stu were on time and very professional and quickly erected our Pergola to our satisfaction it was a pleasure to have them build our little haven in our garden. The quality of the Pergola is excellent so between a great product and excellent customer service we would not hesitate to recommend harbour lifestyle to everyone. Also our first choice if we need any other products in the future .
