Jade was fantastic, personable and above all else genuinely wanted to help. It felt like having a chat with a friend not a business transaction.

Ordering was easy and the delivery efficient. 75 quid to remove packaging though is steep - and unfortunately in our unit the doors were all wonky in different ways. Otherwise it’s a solid piece of furniture. Edit: Harbour have reached out to replace the item which has been appreciated. I will be updating the review once complete.

Update: customer services where in touch and have resolved the issues stated. Was given the choice of collectikn and redlivery of new items. Impressed with the service as well as the great product. We ordered a larder unit and chest of drawers. Both arrived within a good time. However, both had scratches and cracks, have contacted customer services so will update this review as and when we get a response. They state to expect a response within a day which imply to me they get a lot of complaints but that's just a guess. The units are beautiful besides the damage and I hope this can be resolved quickly.

I waited to see if a couple of seasons made a different to the wear and look of my Luna corner settee, benches and rising fire pit before writing a review….. I’ve got to say 5 stars for the product. The quality is excellent, the fabric sturdy and lasted the test of a few seasons (together with seagull droppings) and has come through with top marks. You may pay extra for items of quality but this one was definately worth it. Still looks as new and is fab looking + very comfortable. Dry within a short time of being rained on apart from the cushion edges which seems to hold the rainwater for a bit longer.

Order was placed on Saturday, and delivered at lightning speed by the Wednesday, I erected myself on Saturday 3 hours or so with ease, obviously help from another. The build quality is fantastic, instructions are a little vague, use the YouTube video and it’s simple. Sales team and after sales are fantastic kept me informed at all times, I would 💯 recommend to anyone. Very, very pleased 🙏

I went here last Wednesday with a friend and his wife just for a day out and was met with Jade who looked after us on this day who was totally amazing giving us the showroom all to ourselves she was so friendly and happy to answer any questions we had, I didn't even want one but after leaving it has made me want one. I can promise anyone who goes here will end up leaving buying something as they have lovely stuff and the staff are amazing thank you again Jade.

Expensive item quality not so good. The lamps are described as grey but aremore green. 2 table lamps that were very light. We ended up buying replacement lamps of a heavier desgn for 40 pounds less. Delivery OK

I travelled to the showroom in Cambridgeshire to see the items I wanted. I was able to assess the standard and ordered my 3x4 wall mounted pergola with LED lighting and a free heater. They helped me organise installers who came to my home and fitted it to my house , onto my patio. It has 3 curtain walls and a roof that can be opened. Everything works and it is excellent. My outside space is now complete . I am very happy with the service I got, the help I received and the items I purchased- well done Harbourlifestyle.

We bought 2x assembled Burford range bookcases and a matching TV unit. The combination of warm white with a few natural oak finishes, is very stylish.

I'm giving this company 5 stars as from start to finish they have been so efficient from dealing with a change of delivery day to prompt delivery the sideboard I ordered was extremely well packed for delivery arriving in perfect condition.amazing quality sturdy with good size storage looks amazing in my kitchen/diner.would definitely recommend this company .
