Very happy with our Cordoba 2 seat sofa set. Perfect for where we live, in the Isles of Scilly, 20 meters from the water and constantly battered by wind and salt. Unfortunately, when unpacking the table we found that it was slightly damaged. However, when bringing this to Harbour Lifestyle's attention, I was quickly offered a part refund and a Teak Wood Treatment Kit worth around £14 for free. Great products and great service!

We travelled from Kent to visit the Harbour Lifestyle last Friday. Wow what a great experience. The showroom is excellent and displays a wide range of lovely products. We were shown around by Jade and Emily. Jade clearly has extensive knowledge of all of the products and Emily made us a great cup of tea/coffee. Once the garden was renovated, we just needed the finishing touch with a pergola! Like most product markets, the marketplace for pergolas is no different with so many options and competitors. After speaking to a few suppliers, I opted to go with Harbour Lifestyle. My decision to go with Harbour Lifestyle was driven by the pleasant sales team who answered all of my questions which gave me the reassurance I required ahead of placing the order. A pergola is not a small investment so I had to be fully confident, not only in the product, but also with the company! My pergola was delivered within a few days of the order being placed and was installed and set up within a few hours on the day of delivery (I opted for their assembly service). Unfortunately, after just a few weeks we encountered a problem with one of the side blinds which appeared to be jammed, so I contacted the customer care team at Harbour Lifestyle for help. I was greeted by Jordan on the phone who recorded all the details and re assured me on a resolution. On the next day, Jordan confirmed that their installation team would come out to resolve the issue. It was just a few days between my call to Harbour and the issue being fixed - excellent customer care which exceeded my expectations for which I am grateful. The measure of a good company is one that, not only despatches your goods on time, but more importantly how it responds to the customer challenges and the speed and quality of the after care when things may go wrong. Harbour Lifestyle have confirmed my decision to purchase from them was the correct one. They delivered the product on time and responded so efficiently to resolving my recent issue. Happy customer!

Received a delivery and build today from one of the contractors from Simplee delivered on behalf of harbour and it went flawlessly. From ordering all the way to installation been amazing. Highly recommend the team Niall and Jamie they were amazing

Burford Larder unit and console table were well packaged and very good furniture. Delivery delayed but courier and customer services honoured re-agreed date so all good. Would recommend company and product.

I ordered a 3x4 pergola with 4 sides, I was a little concerned after reading some reviews. So glad I didn’t take any notice of them, the whole experience has been brilliant including the delivery company. When it arrived everything was packaged so well, I watched the instruction video that was sent to me before it was delivered and kept going back to it when putting it up this weekend. Very pleased with the quality and how it looks. I can’t remember the ladies name who phoned me when it was in my basket thinking about buying it but she was very helpful. One very happy customer.

Every bit of my experience with Harbour Lifestyle has been beyond excellent. From the order of the pergola, fire pit table and stools and outdoor sofa set to the installation (the installers were absolutely brilliant) to the follow up service to sort out a few niggles, everyone I dealt with went over and beyond. The furniture and pergolas are not cheap but like the old adage “you get what you pay for” and this is certainly true for Harbour Lifestyle. After seeing the quality of Harbours garden furniture, I knew it would have to be our next buy. We bought the Monterrey range corner sofa set with fire pit table and 2 sun loungers in the winter sale and are so so happy with it. Exceptional quality with exceptional value. I had a mishap and dropped a piece of the glass surround, but customer care were so great at helping me resolve my issue quickly.

I was a bit concerned about ordering from a company I didn’t know but I’m glad that I did ! The chest of drawers that I ordered were as good as I hoped they would be and look great in my bedroom. A very professional company, customer service best I’ve ever had dealings with, polite in all communications and most helpful in all queries. Delivered on time, some boxes had small amount of damage, carrier’s fault, some small item damaged replaced without any issues.
