I swapped provider and was disappointed when the direct debit was drawn from bank but I was unable to see a detailed Bill via online account! A Bill was generated manually after a telephone call BUT I shall have to repeat this process for JUL.19 usage and it will be AUG.19 before detailed bills can be automatically produced - REALLY! I'll be happy to re-assess ENGIE in the future.
