I usually get in a large telephone queue with other companies and end up speaking to someone who sounds like they dont care about my telephone call.I was connected straight away to a member of the Engie staff. His name was Jordan Emery. He was very calm and professional and he did not rush me like the other companies I have dealt with. He soon put the matter right and explained it to me very well. Jordan Emery is a real credit to Engie. This is how customer care should be. Well done Engie and Jordan. 10/10.
