Daniel informed me that my property, a new build, was not on the national database and had tried to get it updated. His helpful and professional manner was great and his thoroughness in advice about my next steps to get my property on the database in order to switch was simple and clear. A very helpful and friendly experience and will look forward to switching as a result.

After entering the account number and choosing just 1 of 3 options (to speak to someone) the phone was answered on the first ring and spoke to Andrew Taylor a very polite and friendly young man, who dealt with the query and actioned the requested outcome immediately. What I thought could have taken up to an hour to complete took a couple of minutes, and was asked by Andrew if my mum would like someone to read her meters quarterly, which I duly accepted as it is 1 thing less I would have to worry about. And finally he asked if there was anything else he could help with. If all the staff are this helpful and efficient Engie must be one of the best options for anyone’s energy supply.
