United Kingdom | 11 June 2019I'm on a long term dual-fuel contract with Engie & was looking at my latest quarterly bill, when I noticed there's now a more-recent, but cheaper gas tariff with the same end date. The electricity tariff is still the best though. I decided to ask if just the gas tariff could be changed, mid-term, without incurring a penalty. To my surprise, Owen not only confirmed it was possible, but made the switch during our phone conversation - now that's what I call excellent service & good business practice! So, although I've only been a customer for a short period of time, the whole operation runs smoothly & is most impressive. Ian S.
