the whole process of transferring from another supplier was pretty seamless... the proof of the pudding will be when I get my first bill!

We have been with Engie for 18 months and cannot fault the service we have received from them, The staff have been helpful when we have had queries and answered them more than adequately. (Particularly Deborah!)

I'm on a long term dual-fuel contract with Engie & was looking at my latest quarterly bill, when I noticed there's now a more-recent, but cheaper gas tariff with the same end date. The electricity tariff is still the best though. I decided to ask if just the gas tariff could be changed, mid-term, without incurring a penalty. To my surprise, Owen not only confirmed it was possible, but made the switch during our phone conversation - now that's what I call excellent service & good business practice! So, although I've only been a customer for a short period of time, the whole operation runs smoothly & is most impressive. Ian S.
