United Kingdom | 20 June 2019I rang up to talk about my payments, I was requesting my direct debit payments remain as they were and I would pay the outstanding amount as I had been ill and used a lot more energy than normal. This request was dealt with immediately without any drama, there was no issues, the process was quick and easy, I explained the situation and my action plan and it was actioned straight away, no "I need to speak to my supervisor", Andrew made the decision and made the ammendment without any fuss. Unlike a lot of calls to customer support, this was a delight, the whole experience was enjoyable and I ended the call feeling that I was a valued customer and that I had not had to fight to get what I wanted. Due to my previous ilness I was also offered additional support without asking to help should it happen again. All in all, very good customer support, thank you.

Rodden was incredibly helpful, informative, courteous and professional. He kept me informed about each step of the call process. Exemplary customer service throughout. He also assured me of confidentiality standards and the process when I went on to pay my own bills - which was really reassuring. I have no regrets about making the switch to Engie this past year. A trustworthy company that does what it says it will do and has a high standard of customer service at the helm.
