United Kingdom | 11 June 2019Been with ENGiE for 2 years and have been happy with the cost of my 2 year fix, however that is up soon so had a long conversation with Evita to review my account and look at what they can offer me on a new contract. Obviously the cost price has gone up a good deal, but it's a 2 year 3 month fixed deal and compares well with other suppliers. The service and communication has been really good over the last 2 years and I am happy to stay with ENGIE at a slightly higher cost than some others because of this.

At the sametime I queried my £20 per month increase in Direct Debit payments. We discussed the possibilities of reducing it etc., but, on balance, decided to leave it at £71 per month to make sure that my account was up to date with energy used.

United Kingdom | 10 June 2019Had a great experience with Engie so far. Had to phone with a query, requested a call back as lines were busy, and received one within minutes. Excellent customer service and dealt with my query fantastically! Only slight negative was that I wasn't made aware when Engie had taken over my supply. No massive deal but always useful to receive notification.

BILLS ARE NEVER SENT AND THEY HAVE TO CHASED COUNTLESSLY TO GET A BILL THEN ITS NEVER BASED ON TRUE FIGURES BUT A FAR HIGHER ESTIMATE SHOULD NEVER HAVE JOINED THIS BUNCH OF THIEVES AND I'D ADVISE NOBODY ELSE DOES EITHER. FORMAL COMPLAINT HAS BEEN SENT TO OFGEM.....

A call with Daniel Ferries progressed this easily and with no dreaded 'call-centre hanging around' (on a Saturday afternoon). My experience in the 6 months I've been with ENGIE has been excellent - the best long-term deal available and very efficient, as you'd expect from a subsidiary of a major French supplier.
