I have phoned occasionally to ask for information, and each agent has spoken clearly and politely . They have all had a warm friendly manner . Today I spoke to Andrew Taylor about a query over the last bill.He checked and reassured me with the correct information. He dealt with my questions thoroughly and provided me with additional useful information.The conversation was not hurried . Today, a Saturday, I was connected straightaway to Andrew.I have rarely had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be connected. The team have provided me with excellent service. Thank you Engie.

United Kingdom | 01 June 2019We are moving tomorrow, just 2 roads away in London, had to contact Engie the supplier at the new address as they are not the supplier of our electricity/gas and to inform them etc the company that was moving with us. After so much time spent on phones the past few days to utility companies, since nothing seemed to work on line, I spoke with Kyra Blackburn at Engie this evening, what a breath of fresh air she was, so helpful, even though we were not having accounts with Engie, a real asset to Engie and just really helpful, after so much wasted time, it sort of made me think maybe we should have our gas/electric supplied by Engie, if this example of customer service was anything to go by! Excellent
