I rang to explain that I had received a much higher than expected bill due to estimated meter readings on a property which has since been empty. The actual meter readings were taken and a new invoice generated whilst I was on the phone, so I knew exactly what the new amount would be. Very efficient and friendly service

Delighted with Engie, been a customer for 2 years, phone contact very easy, communication excellent, they under me and I understand them, seem very customer focused. Haven’t actually had much contact with over the 2 years, not needed to, they’ve basically done what they promised to do, no fuss, no drama, no crisis, just a job very well done. Last contact was with Jane Hume, very friendly, eager to resolve issues, happy to accept responsibility, delighted.

contacted engie today regarding my meter readings spoke to a chap called Andrew Taylor so helpful and friendly couldn't do enough for me also easy to navigate the phone requests when I renewed my deal with engie for my gas and electricity they made it so simple I have never had a moments problem with them thanks again Andrew for being so nice and friendly.

Had to call Engie as I made a mistake on my meter reading. Tom Westgarth was massively helpful, took ownership of the situation and responded with fantastic customer service, a credit to the Engie Team.
