I contacted Engie at the end of our fixed tariff and spoke to Tom Westgarth to discuss optional tariffs available to us. My call was answered immediately and Tom was very helpful, professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with him. During our two year contract, our contact with Engie by telephone has always been hassle free and every call handler we have dealt with has been a credit to the Company.

Contacted Engie re payment increase and spoke to Daniel who was very obliging and polite and dealt with my enquiry very quickly and no complications,would recommend Engie to anyone

have been with Engie for a year and the service has been very good. is easy to enter meter readings, download bills and pay on line. you are given few days to enter meter reading request, then about 2 working weeks before bill is produced and about same time in which to pay. service team is very efficient and helpful

Just renewed our contract for the 3rd time,used the comparison websites to compare and Engie bettered almost all on those, so why bother to change for a Tenner per year. The agent Jordan was Very Pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely helpful.

Speaking with Daniel Ferris at Engie touching the renewal of my contract which ends in June. It looks like following my conversation with him that I will be continuing with Engie. A decent firm to deal with.

Not knowing if we have really changed suppliers or not. Received a number of emails but nothing from our old suppliers that they are closing our account as we are moving to another supplier. Received no paperwork from Engie, or request for meter reading. Hence no idea if we have moved or not.

Called to add a second person to my account as a joint account holder. Spoke to Deklan who explained why this isn’t possible anymore but have me alternatives and arranged for a second contact which culminated in getting the same outcome. Clear advice from a friendly, local person who didn’t speak like a robot. Great customer care so far from Engie.

Called today with a query regarding my gas usage, turns out it was because of a previous estimate which shouldn’t have happened as they’ve always been provided. However spoke to Tom who sorted it quickly and was very polite. Great customer service Thank you Tom!

Have been with Engie for dual fuel for last two years. Have today renewed my contract. A very pleasant company to deal with. Operators when phoned are always very friendly and totally professional as was Owen today who handed my renewal. Online management for your account is very easy due to the simplicity and clarity of their website. I highly recommend this company.
