Hello, I joined Engie 2 years ago and have just renewed my dual supply contract for another 2 years because of the excellent uncomplicated service Engie provides which has far less restrictions than other providers. Also customer services for contract renewals was excellent, friendly and very helpful thanks to Engie's representative Thomas Westgarth. I highly recommend Engie to other consumers who like to enjoy a less complicated life. Olav Colman London SE1

Joined Engie in Feb 2019 fixed rate till Sept 2021 must admit did not expect power supply rates better than my renewal rate with previous suppler had my first bill and was pleased that my calculations and Engies were very similar. All personnel I have had dealings with have been most helpful and courteous especially young lady I spoke to today Kyra Blackburn enjoyed her helpful advice ( so take an orange out of the box Kyra as we say round here) Thanks again and enjoy bank holiday weekend B.M.

Great company .Wished I had found you earlier! Firstly I cannot speak too highly of the Engie Fixed June 21 contract we commenced in April 2018. So many potential suppliers contacting us to save money and can't ! As they go away they cannot understand how a contract can run for so long at such competitive rates. All staff spoken to so far including Jonathon McClen very helpful .Nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to a smart meter !

After being with Engie for a fixed contract we looked at what else was on offer but with Daniel Ferries help we've decided to renew for another fixed term as been happy with all aspects of Engie. Very transparent and able to answer any queries Daniel is an asset to the team/company.

Such a refreshing change to speak to someone who I can understand unlike at BG. Spoke with Andrew Taylor who was xtremely pleasant and helpful. Just hope engie keeps its good staff and lower pricing and it will keep it's clientel. Thankyou.

Daniel was very helpful, clear and effective. I often dread calling into call centres, they generally have load backgrounds and take so much time to get through the process "our systems are slow, please bear with us". Some agents also have a habit of asking "if you are okay" more often than what's needed. Daniel made the experience easy and pleasant to give meter readings and open accounts.

Took out a new contract with Engie for my gas and electricity the other day and just called to set up my account details. I was pleasantly surprised to see how fast your system accepted my credentials and I reached through to Vlad in just a few minutes. Your agent was very polite and assisted me with setting up my online account and gave me a few tips on how to manage my gas and electric bills efficiently. I hope this is a sign of things to come.

Have always found Engie far easier to get hold of than any other energy supplier I've used in the past. Call today re direct debit adjustment was taken by Jordan. Fantastic service! Issue resolved in a couple of minutes. Quick, polite and efficient. What more could you ask? Well done Engie!
