United Kingdom | 23 May 2019I have a monthly Direct Debit for gas and my account balance had accrued a credit balance over the year. I emailed Engie today asking for a refund of the balance in credit and to reduce the DD amount. Wasn’t expecting a reply anytime soon but within a couple of minutes of my email, Daniel F got in touch and confirmed DD and refund sorted after I had provided photo of my meter. Very much impressed with the quick response! Quick, efficient, friendly - Any niggling doubts or issues I had on the efficiency of Engie disappeared quick as a flash. Thanks Daniel.

Very good response from customer service, always extremely helpful which includes my recent problem dowloading latest 2 documents. I left an email message with my query concerning latest Documents as suggested (as it was evening) and to my surprise received a telephone call at 8.45am following morning from 'VLAD' to discuss my problem, he was very helpful and after our conversation I was able to open the documents received!

United Kingdom | 23 May 2019Simply telephoned Engie after comparing the competing energy providers and found Engine to be within a few pound per annum. I spoke to Jordan about renewing my contract, I requested the a different fixed contract with Jordan and agreed to a two year fixed contract instead of the 12 month fixed deal recommended by Engie. It was well under £1 per month extra to extend from 12 months to 24 months contract. Thank you Jordan for being polite, chatty, informative overall a great customer service experience.
