Nice to be able to get on a free phone and talk to someone personally to resolve any issues you may have. I changed my energy supplier as Engie offered a more competative fixed long term deal. Only three months in with ENGIE but up to now everything is good

Specifically Dominic in the last month or so has been instrumental in bringing this problem to a close with much effort on his part but most importantly keeping me abreast of the on going issues on a weekly basis, always keeping me in the loop, always polite, calm and reassuring, he is a credit to Engie!
