The call was answered promptly, and Daniel was both understanding and helpful. We resolved the issue during the call and he also gave me useful information to avoid the same problem in the future.

My first interface with Engie. Website has been 'down/inaccessible' for some time yesterday and overnight, which was a slight worry. Phoned first thing on the 2nd May spoke to Daniel F. He was helpful and pleasant. Hope the site is back soon. I have given four stars because there has to be room for 'improvement'! The star system says: "..........and very little friction". There was 'no friction'. Daniel was helpful and extremely polite.

Also got an email yesterday as per the previous one star review asking me to access my account but eventually got a message saying login invalid wrong username or password although I had not changed them.( and I have my passwords auto stored on laptop!) Used the link (twice) to get email password reset but did not get an email from Engie.So unable to see what Engie is attempting to tell me. Shocking service from them

I have been with Engie for just over one year and every aspect has been trouble free. A couple of days ago I contacted Engie and spoke to Deklan regarding the level of my direct debit.He handled the matter with clear and concise action.It was a pleasure to deal with him.

When dealing with engie customer services I have always found them to be pleasent, knowledgeable and well mannored. On two occasions I have spoken wirh Daniel ferries and have found his customer service skills to be excellent. Had a friendly Manor and helped me overcome my problem on both occasions. My only concern is weather they are the cheapest on the market but time will tell as I have only been with them for a short period.

This was my first contact with customer service at Engie, and I must say that my experience of the transaction with Jordan Emery was very good. He walked me through a change of tariff and change of direct debit without a problem and also made me feel like a valued customer. Three months in with Engie and things looks good so far.

ENGIE have shown good customer service but the switch service concerning the final meter readings has been problematic, regarding passing on the final readings to Scottish Power my previous supplier. The electricity reading wasn't sent due to an issue with identifying my electricity meter reference number, and the gas reading although sent, was not received by Scottish Power. Not sure where the fault lies. However I was able to sort out with a couple of phone calls.

Received an email today saying: - "Dear Customer, We are sorry to inform you that we have experienced some issues with the provision of email notifications to you over the period 28th March 2019 – 25th April 2019; we send such email notifications to let you know that a new message is available to read in your MyENGIE Inbox. You may therefore have received some new messages during this period which you may not be aware of." I have tried twice to log in to my account to see but both times the system just hangs (currently for 20 mins saying "Login success! Please wait while we load your MyENGIE account". This means that I cannot see what the missed messages are, the email suggests that I may have missed a meter reading request, an estimated bill payment and that ENGIE may have charged me late payment fees and affected my credit rating. I have no alternative but to raise a complain with the Ombusman with all the time that that takes Can't get to my account to get my account number to enter below

Rang Engie having suffered the grief of paying a heating engineer to come out only to find the problem with my Economy 7 not working was due to the meter/clock and not my immersion heater. I was dealt with by Jordan Emery who could not have been more helpful and even arranged for an emergency call out to come and rectify the matter from me. Excellent Service - I would not hesitate in recommending this company to others.

I have been with Engie for over a month I have had little information and still have not been asked for a meter reading. I do like the long term fixed contract.

Spoke to Daniel Ferries today about making an adjustment to my account. The call was positive and straight forward. Every query was dealt with as requested. This has been the case every time I have called in the past as well.
