Daniel quickly hooked on to the difficulties, advising me of the email content and the reason for the inaccessibility of the website. All was quickly and courteously resolved. United Kingdom | 09 May 2019My new direct debit payments came through today and I thought they were a little too much, so I called and spoke to Daniel Ferries. He had a look at my account and realised that I didn't really have to put my payments up at all, as I joined Engie in the winter months (and my heating is still on now, in May.!), so I haven't had the Summer months yet to equal the payments out. Everything was sorted accordingley and i'm now a happy customer. Customer Service seems to be high on Engie's list.

He was very helpful on the phone and called back same day as promised with an update and advised he will be following up next week. I really appreciate the help and completely regret leaving Engie as the customer service is fantastic and our new supplier is terrible!!
