The customer services department are very helpful and honest about the plans that you are on and if they have a cheaper options. I dealt with Daniel Ferries today who sorted out my home move very efficiently and was professional at all times. Probably one of the best companies on the market for customer service.

Very good service when I have contacted them. Phone said they are busy but still answered very quickly. Emails always answered quickly. Never had a problem. I spoke to daniel ferres today, very polite and professional

Phoned ENGIE to discuss my contract which is due to end soon and spoke to Daniel Ferries. Daniel explained all my options and future energy price rises which has given me the information I require to compare my current costs with other suppliers.

I called and spoke to Daniel Ferries this afternoon about an increase to my monthly payments. I was concerned we had built up a small debt over the winter. Daniel put my mind at rest that we would not be chased for this and that the increased monthly amount and summer would most likely right itself.

I phoned in to discuss the recent message I received from engine. I was dealt by Jordan Emery. My concern regarding increase in d/d mandate was efficiently dealt by Jordan. At present I have no regrets about switching to engine energy. Telephone service so far has been excellent. I hope the company maintains the same standard at all times.

I was trying to make a payment but there was a temporary fault, after a few seconds Trust Pilot came on and Andrew Taylor dealt with my call. He was polite, helpful and friendly as he took my payment details. Great customer service, thank you.

Been a customer for about 6 weeks now and generally quite happy with the services. The switch from my old supplier went swiftly (I have had some major issues switching suppliers in the past so I'm quite relieved!) and I didn't have to interact with anyone through the whole process! Just updated my details with Daniel Ferries in Customer Support - No lengthy call queue's or annoying hold music - The whole process took less than 2 minutes so now I can sit back and enjoy a cold one! Thanks Engie!

Overall very happy with my energy move to Engie, great value and very helpful whenever i need to contact them spoke with Daniel Ferries really friendly and professional. The online account is easy to use and submitting readings is easily done, would highly recommend as an enrgy provider.

This company seems to have a habit of giving you a nice price at the beginning, then putting it up after the year while you are locked in. I was quite frankly horrified after seeing my bill go up so much overnight for the energy I am not using. I am a single person, in a small flat with my heating turned off most of the time. This is still costing me a fortune. Definitely choose wisely whether you want to keep warm or eat while going with this company...

The Young man I spoke to tonight Jordan was very help full and obviously knew his stuff. Very pleased with his telephone manner and his professionalism, also lovely Geordie accent. Though a Yorkshire man myself I do appreciate where people are from. Very helpful and I have told friends members of my family about Engie and how happy we are with the tariff and service.

Very easy to get hold of by telephone which is amazing compared to other companies. We had a little problem with the switch over but the position was recovered without any fuss. A good value service so I would recommend ENGIE
