ENGIE is one of the lowest priced energy providers out there! Please don't be put off by them not appearing on *some comparison sites, as this this is usually because the site can't automatically perform the switch for you there and then. *DIY switching is super easy! My own gas usage at the moment(due to warm weather) has been super low, so as a safety net ENGIE ask for reading confirmation "IN PERSON" so basically ring their FREE number and chat to very friendly service staff, and they will be more than happy to go through and double check with you. When I rang and spoke to Daniel Ferries, he explained everything politely and clearly, sorting my query very quickly indeed. I would highly recommend to anyone switching to ENGIE! ( I never got this kind of great service while I was with BG! )

I recently switched my energy supplier to ENGIE because they were cheaper than my previous supplier and they were offering a good long fixed rate deal. So far I have been very pleased with ENGIE. The customer service is excellent and when I had a recent query, my call was answered very quickly. The lady who answered my call was Kyra Blackburn and she was very pleasant, polite and extremely helpful. I am very happy that I switched to ENGIE and hope the prices will remain as good at the end of my fixed rate deal so that I can remain with them as a customer.
