United Kingdom | 03 May 2019I had just completed a review online of gas suppliers and decided to remain with Engie and this afternoon discussed an extension of my gas contract with Jordan. He was very friendly and set out and explained the tariff options clearly. Following our conversation I opted for a fixed contract to September 2021. Jordan completed the process efficently and I received confirmation by email by the time I had put the telephone down. If all supplier conversations were this straight forward there would be far less complaints.

United Kingdom | 02 May 2019I contacted Engie on 01/05/19 and spoke to Andrew who was more than willing to help resolve my querie very politely/patiently and swiftly, as i was very stressed and frustrated with the issue and having thoroughly checking for me it turned out that it was Engie's fault and mistake! I was given an honest answer which will hopefully resolve my querie as soon as possible! Andrew is a great asset and valued employee and a credit to Engie! He was very calm/patient and polite without losing his temper and want to Thank him for his excellent service to myself. Thank You again Andrew.

I’m also pleased that Engie has a call-back system, so I wasn’t hanging on the phone. The call-back happened within 10 minutes. I’ve missed off one star, due to the website being down for the past 24hrs, though I’m pleased Engie offered me compensation for this inconvenience, without me having to ask for it. This shouldn’t detract from the excellent service I received from Daniel.
