The only issue i’ve Got is my smart meter is not compatible with Engie as I was with British Gas, so I hope there not to long sorting that out.

United Kingdom | 18 April 2019Called about a minor issue which advisor Andrew Taylor was able to quickly explain the cause of, and explained how it will be rectified. During the conversation the direct debit payment came up, and again he was able to amend this to my immediate satisfaction. I have had no issues with this company in the last 12 months and am staying with them at this time; if customer services is anything to go by, it would take some major deal to sway me away from them after dealings with other companies. Thank you Andrew, excellent service.

Karla dealt with all my queries with ease, she could not have been more helpful or more efficient. I’ve been a customer of Engie for a few years now and have always found the level of service to be excellent so the fact I’m giving Karla a special mention is high praise indeed!! Thank you again Karla you made what could have been a headache, absolutely painless :)

United Kingdom | 18 April 2019Excellent service so far. We had to open a dispute due to our old energy company (whom I won't name, only to say that it rhymes with Gritish Bas) providing the wrong closing meter reading to Engie. This seems to have been resolved quickly and efficiently.
