I purchases numerous items of furniture and 2 sofas when moving house ans was very happy with all items. I purchased insurance my sofas. I had to use my insurance after an significant spillage. Originally my leather sofa was going to be recovered but I was then told.this was not possible and a replacement would be delivered. The replacement items are much poorer quality leather and a different shade to my original sofas. After a significant number of e mails to customer services I have still not been told by Barker and Stonehouse exactly what shade of leather has been delivered. So disappointed with their level of after sales care.

Alan Turner was exceptional!… so helpful and patient with us undecided customers .. gave great advice and nothing was too much trouble …. Fully recommend this shop !

This was our first purchase from Barker & Stonehouse and it was great! We ordered the Woolton sideboard and it is absolutely stunning! Adam and Adrian were the delivery team and they were fab. They took their time and care when bringing the furniture in and made sure we were happy with the position of it. Can’t fault our experience at all!

Michael H & Dave A delivered our two large sofas into our lounge without issue. Both friendly and courteous. And removed all the packaging (without being asked).
