I can’t express how disappointed I am. I found my dream sofa from barker and stonehouse, but I’m not moving into my new home until the end of march. So last week, I emailed them and asked if I could purchase it now, and they hold it and deliver it then. A women called Louise Brunskill replied and said that would be fine. I told her that on Wednesday I was driving to their Guildford store (which was an hour away from me), to look at it in store to ensure that it was comfortable before purchase. I told her I would make the purchase Wednesday so long as it was comfortable, I confirmed with Louise as I said on Wednesday that I would like the sofa. Today Louise told me I would have to wait until June as the sofa is now sold out. She then told me the Guildford store still has one and she would tell them to ring me. They rang me and ironically said they do have one but it is on hold as a customer wants to ensure it’s comfortable before buying!! Could you believe it!! They then told me that they would ring me back at 3pm to confirm, which they have not. Awful service, even when I expressed to Louise that I drove an hour out of my way days ago and confirmed I wanted this sofa she didn’t even apologise, she was actually incredibly rude and blunt. To update this: Valentina (hope I’m spelling that right!!) from the Guildford store was absolutely lovely, and really helped me and apologised for the previous errors. Thank you so much to her! She deserves a raise. Thanks Valentina!!

Great delivery service, in particular Matt P and Adrian were very considerate and professional.

Advised in advance, of the delivery date and actual time on the delivery date. The two gentlemen were wonderful and delivered the chairs without problem, the sofa however needed a little more manoeuvring via the garage and rear door, into the garden, through the patio door, dining room, and finally into the lounge. The men were great and no damage was incurred. I could not fault the delivery they were great. They went above and beyond.
