Bought a Stressless Mayfair chair online. In stock and delivery was arranged quickly, with delivery within 2 weeks. Tommy and Gary J delivered this morning within the time frame given. They were fast working, clean and very polite. Chair came in padded cover which was removed quickly. Super happy with my new chair.

Matt P & Adrian delivered our new desk on schedule and kept me posted re the arrival time. They were so helpful & friendly despite having to carry the desk up 2 flights of stairs, one of which was very tight and steep. The desk is beautiful and great value for money. Before purchasing online we also visited the Hove store and the staff there could not have been more helpful.

Popped into the Barker and Stonehouse Outlet at the metro centre today and dealt with a very helpful salesperson named Steven. Steven was helpful and attentive and helped us source all the furniture we required. Will definitely be back!

The Bench we have delivered is a perfect match with our dining chairs and table. The delivery men - Ady and Simon S were fabulous, timely, professional and so kind. Great service today delivering our new sofa. We got a 2 hour slot texted to us yesterday and then the driver rang with a 10 minute warning of their arrival. The 2 delivery men were friendly, respectful of our house by putting show covers in and very efficient. They removed all the rubbish and left us with best sofa we've ever had. Thanks to John and Jason K from Blaydon for their delivery today.

Staff in the store were very helpful, delivery was quick and on time. The two guys who did the delivery, Kalvis and Paul were amazing. Very friendly and polite and went out of their way to work out how to get a large piece of furniture up a narrow flight of stairs and into our loft conversion without damaging the house of the furniture. They then took away all the packaging for me too. Best delivery experience I have had in a long time.

Dave A and Colin R delivered our new Sofas on Monday 27/01/25 and they arrived at the time stated, were very polite, courteous and made a great double act giving the impression that they really enjoyed their job and each others company. They removed a lightshade and bulb in the hallway, used blankets to cover the sitting room carpet (a light beige) and they even removed their shoes without being asked. Well done gentlemen its a 10 out of 10 from us
