Our trundle bed was delivered 23/01/25 by Peter and Danny. They managed to manoeuvre the bed around our curved staircase without damaging the walls etc. They put the bed together and took all the wrapping away. Overall they were very professional - no complaints at all.

Our Tempur mattress first viewed in November was finally delivered today by Paul S. and Adam. The guys very professional, quick and deposited the mattress on our bed ready to be made. In store, the assistant, Cleo Tse was excellent, every time she quickly replied to all my queries and reassured me.

Excellent communication re delivery and on the day the two delivery people (Tyler & Matt) were fantastic! Friendly and professional, put the table together extremely quickly and removed all the packaging in about 10 mins. Great service.

We bought the Emerich sofa bed and are delighted with it. The store salesperson (Battersea) was really helpful in selecting the appropriate colour material. Customer service called us within 2 hours of our purchase to arrange delivery. The delivery men turned up on time, were polite, considerate and planned how to get the sofabed up our stairs. I would thoroughly recommend the whole company.

Professional service Paul and Jake were brilliant, they called to inform me they were 20 mins away, when they arrived they had to take the table apart to get it into the house, nothing was a problem for them, they had it in and up in 5 mins, couldn’t ask for better service.
