i’ve gotten great clothing items from rosegal! make sure to check your sizing before you purchase an item! super good and packages normally come in about 3 weeks for me!

I ordered clothes from this company back in the middle of March, used Paypal pay in 4 to split the order hoping I would receive the order before I completely paid for it. So almost 3 weeks go by and order still not received. I check their site and tracking number, it shows delivered but no package was left at my address. I reach out to their customer service department to find out what to do in this case. I also reached out to the local shipping carrier who confirmed no package was left at my address. In the mean time I get a response from Rosegal CS, telling me that they do not show it delivered that it is still in transit. So I send them a screenshot of what I was showing on my end. They told then they have to research it on their end and could take 7-10 business. Hold up, so you expect a customer to wait while paying for items they do not have. I told this was completely unacceptable and they needed to resolve this issue sooner. They came back tonight telling me that they show it was delivered successfully to the address I supplied. Well I do not know where this package went or where it is, because I never received it. I don't want to say they are a scam, but that is how it feels to me. They take your money and you never receive your items. They tried to shove their terms and conditions at me, I could care less about them. They apparently do not care about their customers and just money is the bottom line. I will never buy or deal with this company again. They finally offered me a partial refund which I might as well take because they will never give me a full refund. A sham of a company in my opinion. So beware if you buy anything from this company, you may never get your package and be out money.

I ordered 7 items from them 2 weeks ago and they have arrived today. Was very surprised by this as most of the comments are long lead times. I was leery of what I would find once I opened the package, but it turns out that they look pretty good. They are true to advertising for the most part, and since I was expecting very thin, cheap fabrics, I'm not disappointed. One or two of the dress shirts are really pretty and fit perfectly. The packaging is really nice too, even though it WASTES a lot of plastic.

OMG just got the dress I ordered never and I mean never have I been so satisfied with a clothing purchase I ordered. I was a sceptic but now I’m a believer. Color size quality were amazing. I was impatient so I was thinking it was taking a long time but in actuality it was only a couple of weeks. Will I purchase from them in the future…you bet I will!!!! My daughter also just purchased a few garments from them and was also satisfied and looks forward to future purchases as well. Thank You!
