11/202022 I finally receive an email from Rosegal saying they have shipped a partial shipments of my order. This is amusing and infuriating at the same time since the last email I sent I requested them to CANCEL my order and send a COMPLETE REFUND. I am completely disappointed with my experience with Rogal. IF this was a legit company it wouldn't be so hard to CONTACT SOME ONE IN PERSON!!! STILL EXTREMELY UNHAPPY!!!! I no longer need the things I ordered since I had to purchase a dress to wear to my husband's Christmas party being how this order was NOT EXPEDITED AS STATED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE!!!! I ordered $158.93 0n 11/11/2022. Rosegal took money from my banking institution and sent me an email thanking me for my purchase saying it had been processed. That same night Rosegal send me ANOTHER email saying "they will process my order asa I pay for my purchase". I answer this email explaining it has been paid for and recieve nothing back from Rosegal. I try to call Rosegal on 11/17/2022 and sit on hold for about an hour. Then a recording comes on and tells me "no one is available to take my call and please leave a detailed message which I do. I received no call back . 11/18/2022 I call Rosegal again at an earlier time of day. Put on hold AGAIN by the automated system, just to recieve the EXACT SAME MESSAGE saying "no one is available to take my call, leave a message!". Again I leave a message. Still NOTHING from Rosegal! This was a purchase that was SUPPOSED TO BE EXPEDITED and it's been a full week!!! I'm taking this to my banking institution, my state Attorney general and every social media outlet I know of!!!

I ordered from them for Halloween and a gift for my daughter. I made sure my address was correct before ordering. I dont know how the last number of my zip code got deleted and a Raleigh zip code added too. Because of this I believe my order was returned to customs in CA. I have asked repeatedly for a refund and Rosegal customer service said my request for refund was denied because its not their responsibility that my address was incorrect.

I ordered several items in two different transactions from Rosegal. I absolutely love their designs. However, almost everything I have received is made from super thin, nearly translucent, and stretchy polyester. It seems like thin swimsuit material. In fact, I ordered two swimsuits that had the same material as most of the shirts I received. For the swimsuits, I did not mind this material, but for many of the clothing items I received, it is unflattering. The metal chains on some shirts are made of incredibly thin and delicate metal that almost seems like pressed aluminum foil. Other decorative pieces on the clothing were made of plastic, which I did not mind. One issue I faced is that none of the straps on the tank tops are adjustable and the straps tend to be too long for me. I can probably alter these myself, but it is something to keep in mind when purchasing. I also broke a strap on one of the tanks while trying it on, even though I felt I was being extremely careful, but I will call that a user error. Most of the shirts seem to fit fine when following the size guides, but I did find a few shirts to be a little tight for my liking and since they are made of super thin material, they cling to the skin, showing off any fat rolls. Overall, I liked the fit of each item I received. Two of the items I ordered did not fit me right, but that is the risk you take when ordering clothing online. Another thing I did not like is that some of the items were only one piece when I felt they could be separate pieces. For example, I ordered a dress that looks almost like a shirt-like dress under a corset and skirt. However, the corset and the shirt-like part were patched together as one piece. The dress would have been amazing if the corset part was a separate piece or if it must be sewn on, it should be layered on top of the shirt-like part rather than patched together (I hope that makes sense). However, I would still absolutely wear this dress if it was made of better material because it fits amazingly. I strongly feel the dress should have been made of cotton but unfortunately, the material of this dress makes it seem like a low-budget Halloween costume. I felt like the material was too thin on almost every piece I ordered and would have preferred to see other materials used. I personally would pay more to receive clothing with the same designs as Rosegal but using higher quality materials and if the materials were better, I would gladly order clothing from the website on a regular basis. I hope they consider using better materials, but for now, I will likely not be placing any orders in the future.

I just ordered two items got email realized I ordered wrong size pants .contacted customer service through messenger. They want url I ordered from told them I ordered off the app . They acted like they had no idea about the app. Just needed to change size. Out of my size. On particular item .the other item was same price.but insist I give them url.

the clothing is great it’s so cute I got a lot of compliments on it! At first I didn’t like how it looked on me and how it fit but after wearing it out my mind is changed and I love it!!

I received the order which is supposed to be UK 18, I am a size UK 16 and it is way too small. I would like an exchange as I like the product. I cannot submit my order number in the correct box on the website having tried numerous times.

I liked them the first go around and then the quality dropped drastically and now they are telling me my address is incorrect so I won't receive the items I paid for even though it is the airline they use that has my package and I already received my second package at that address! I was hoping to just get the rest of what I ordered and deleting the app even though I have a refund credited to my wallet but I guess not. **I have been going back and forth with their customer support for a few days with no luck. I don't even want to open the latest response because I am getting very angry over this.
